The 2024 NFL season is just around the corner and there's a team that nobody's talking about... With the 2024 NFL draft completed people are focusing on the big names across the NFL like the Ravens, Chiefs, Eagles and 49ers. But there's one team in the NFL that has quietly set itself up for a franchise turn around and that team is the Washington Commanders. OTAs, preseason workouts, rookie workouts, new coaches, new players, new front office... this team is not that it was last year. The Commanders by far are the most improved team in the NFL and this video explains why.

those aren't rings, those are antiques. Two of which were earned during asterick seasons ('82 and '87) that were strike shortened and the third was won specifically because there was a single season void in the power structure of the NFC (defending champ Giants, who OWNED Washington, saw their hall of fame coach Bill parcells retire after winning the super bowl in 1990) and 49ers hall of fame QB Joe Montana missed the entire 1991 season as that team which knocked washington out of the playoffs in the precending and FOLLOWING seasons of '90 and '92 were going through a transition year to Steve Young as their future QB.

WASH fan circa '82 : The fall of Snyder was the beginning. Coach Rivera tried IMO, but myself having lost a father to cancer, all the stuff he took up during his remission wasn't good for him or us. I’ll always be thankful for Ron and his time here. He was the right man for the job at the time when no one else wanted it. It definitely didn’t end as well as anyone would have liked, but he handled everything like a man. The transition is over now, I’m glad he’s gone so we’re able to flourish onto bigger and better things, and part of me is still mad at him for how things turned out in the end…but then I remind myself that like I said literally no one wanted this job cuz they knew what it would bring, and even HE didn’t have to take it, but he did.

Sorry about your loss. On another note, he wasn't the problem?! He said the reason they got so bad in Carolina was because they got old and then he recruited all the old guys! You have to be an idiot to recruit the guys that helped you get fired. He brought in Thomas Davis, Norwell, Trai Norwell, and Mayo! He shipped out Trent, Scherff, Moses, and Flowers. He benched Heinicke for Wentz and didn't know we could get eliminated that Cleveland game. He was very much the problem!

That's the point, they're a very underrated team... I see them being like the Lions. New ambitious head coach. Lots of grit, gonna show signs of greatness this year, maybe miss the playoffs and next year they'll really contend for a title.
