I was also trying to figure out what the pieces were that resembled egg cups. I was thinking to myself maybe ostrich eggs LOL! Oh well they're very pretty they were worth the money you did really good I love older pieces like that.

Cups maybe used for hot coffee,sugar and Ansbauch brandy. Put 2 sugar cube in bottom. Pour a shot or 2 over sugar. Light. As the brandy is burning you tip the cup just a little. Pour hot coffee in slowly along the side. The purpose is to still have a little flame on top. Blow out, squirt whip cream top and sprinkle small chocolate on top. Very good. Look up Germany, Ansbauch brandy.

Blue jays are so pretty, when i was a kid i caught a blue jay with a fishing net with bread under it with a stick to prop it up with a string attacked to the stick i held it for a bit then let it go.
I think that they might be a vase for a smaller arrangement of flowers.
