I don't ask myself that anymore. I don't think any of them ever got to the point of being a good girl friend. I have said often I am not the one who changed for the worse. One example she described herself as hyper sensitive and I'm possible. My take on that, selfish and unreachable. The real laugher I haven't tried to contact them, but have had them call me from one to forty years later. Wanting to see me again. Saying things like you treated me better than anyone else . The forty years later contacted my brother. He asked me what I had to say to them . I said nothing,they were ex s for a reason. Some of them seemed to try more and more outrageous behavior to get me to lose my cool. I told them that that behavior was unacceptable, they didn't act like they believed me so I left. One time I just started walking out, saying nothing. She saw the look in my eyes. I would have left for good. She stopped me. It seems to be a control game. If it gets to that best to leave in my experience it never gets better again. You Anna have said why do you want to be with someone like that. I think the answer is you have had Good to wonderful times with her,and you want those times to come back. In my experience they never will. A friend likened it to riding in a limo with her having the time of your life. Then you hit a bad pothole or speed bump wrong. It bounces you out,and the door slams shut. You're hanging on to a seatbelt that bounced out also. Let go. The longer you hang on the longer you get dragged. Anna you seem to be sweet,and you're pretty best of luck to you.

No -- she was human -- but she hit the overwhelming majority of them most days. This list is an excellent filter at the very least. I am impressed at your ability to boil down an immensely complex subject to some very functional rules for evaluation. Excellent job again, Anna!
My heart goes out to you, Russ. I am very familiar with cancer, it sucks. But you were blessed to have been able to share your life with such an amazing person (none of us is perfect). Don't lose hope to love again. I know 2 people who've been where you are and found love again. (In their 60s.) Hug. :)
@Russ P I feel you, brother. I found "the One" for me and we shared a wonderful 15-year marriage before melanoma took her away in 2014. I never expected to find anything close to what I had, but luckily, I did. Not only is she a wonderful person who takes great care of me, but she embraces the memory of my late wife and doesn't look at it as a competition. Plus, I get to be a bonus dad to her daughter. Life goes on and I think of my late wife every day, but I'm grateful for the time we had as well as for the opportunity to love again.
They either lose their medical battles or just know you missed out on a gray divorce, i know i was there for my parents divorce after my mom beat breast cancer.Sorry for your loss either way.

We had already gone through our bleak period where "friends" were convincing my wife to strike out on her own. We fought our way through that and the last decade of our time together was the best -- we were tracking on the same page. Still, I have heard versions of your account many times before; it's obviously a very real thing in the world today.
So hard to find a woman who you're mutually attracted to, with the same values in today's society. Dating apps and social media have ruined women with way too many options. Women are constantly " shopping" for that perfect man who doesn't even exist. Women have perfectly good and compatible men stare them in the face, but they lose attention after 5 seconds because of another dude. Sad times.

Thank you for this video. I have been with this girl, who I truthfully think is the one, for near of 8 months now, and literally all of these traits apply to her and I. I have a serious history of getting played and cheated on, and often times the trust issues and doubts come into play (especially since we have to operate rather long distance cause of the pandemic). After being in an abusive relationship, I find videos like this really helpful now that I've found a healthy relationship (she meets every point!). Already been there, we separated because I had a health problem and didn't think I was going to make it . I thought it was better for her to move on . I didn't want her burdened with my problems and cleaning up after me. Funny thing happened -- I survived and often think it was the worst mistake I ever made -- that relationship was a good one though . Relationships are just too hard anymore and women never cease to amaze and confound me . I really don't want anymore relationships. Female friends are just fine though . Last Week Me & My GF of 5 years have called it a day.Her Choice lost feelings!! I was mature about it and said she needs to be happy. This also happened in Feb 2021 and wanted me back in July 2021…Which we did.Her hysterectomy Op in 2020 change her,Sent her in to early menopause. I really hope this turns around!! Like this hair color on you Anna, just right. ;-) This one has a lot to take in for under 9 minutes but couldn't disagree with anything you said here. It can be a difficult puzzle to unravel, first conclusions can turnout wrong, admonishment to take time before you get too set that "she's the one". When that chemistry takes over, objectivity can slip. It's a great adventure to find out though. When you fall for someone, you do get that feeling like they make you better and you lose the interest in other women. It's the best feeling in the world and worth the effort.

I was getting pretty much all these signs from a girl. She was really into me at one point and wanted to be my gf but we’re long distance and she started talking to other guys. Psychology is a good thing to learn at any time. Even better for working out who you're dealing with before you make promises of the binding kind. If there's anything that makes your heart and lower jaw hit the floor simultaneously, rest assured it will happen again. And again. All will not be well. A woman is a bit like a long running drama series that starts of brilliantly and then as the episodes and seasons progress it starts going downhill and eventually becomes unbearable. Then years later you see episode 1 again on CZcams and remember how good it was and why you loved it in the beginning. It's like a surprise visit from an old friend. 4 years ago I had the "one for me" and she fit all 5 things that you mentioned, but I lost her. She passed away due to cancer almost 4 years ago and I miss her every single day. We were best friends for many years before we got together so we knew each other extremely well. When we got together it was a perfect match and lasted for over 6 years. Would have still been going on, but as I mentioned, I lost her. :( She was the love of my life. I was 42 when she passed away. She was 47. The ever more messed up part is that about 2 years after her death I decided to start a new relationship with a woman that I knew from when I was a teen, but last year she also passed away even though she had no illnesses at all or anything that would have caused her death The even weirder part of this is that she passed away on the SAME day of the SAME month as my girlfriend before her.. Extremely f'd up.. March 5 will always be a day that I will forever HATE!

In case you are wondering, yes, I did have a near death experience many years ago (June of 1970 to be a bit more precise) and it has had a major impact upon my own growth, evolution and development. Already been there, we separated because I had a health problem and didn't think I was going to make it . I thought it was better for her to move on . I didn't want her burdened with my problems and cleaning up after me. Funny thing happened -- I survived and often think it was the worst mistake I ever made -- that relationship was a good one though . Relationships are just too hard anymore and women never cease to amaze and confound me . I really don't want anymore relationships. Female friends are just fine though . This is why mgtow is also a good idea for a lot of men . I just found this channel because a lifelong friend, out of a misunderstanding, did something to really hurt me and I thought-- after all these years-- what the hell did I do to you to make you do that? Her sister that I'm also good friends with didn't see the situation that way. I thought I could use this channel to learn what causes women to be the way they are sometimes . I survived situation that too . Myself and that woman are no longer friends, but I think the choice I made was a good one . Still another woman who was an old client and friend came out of nowhere and did something that really helped me out when I was at my lowest point . From that I learned what God's grace is all about. I have forgiveness for the one that hurt me and a deep appreciation for the lifelong friend who chose to see beyond the situation and not get involved in a lot of baseless drama . Although I follow your channel I don't pretend to think I'll ever understand women though . Still there's always a fly rod in the corner and the magic of a good trout stream to look forward to when bothering to understand isn't worth worrying about anymore .

I feel like a big part of it is just recognizing that you want that dream girl and you don’t want just anyone. My last relationship had a very few plus points on either one. No wonder I am happier without her . She was not the one. I had better relationships with other exs . I hardily had any yes to any of these questions. She was not good for me as I was probably better for her than she was for me. She did not like any of my flaws . No wonder I flirt as I was not happy with my last relationship and stayed longer than I should have because she was Pretty. You need to see if her heart and soul are also Pretty. Hi Anna, if I may say, in my twenties, I had this very list, on top of myself, then being a hopeless romantic. Seems, I always ended up with the pretty girl with no career aspects, never lasted long! That was my environment to choose from. Plus I never Vetted the lady's then. Your pointers would be an excellent dating app, questioner that could only be answered honestly, time would tell. Hitting the market with your information/knowledge back when I entered the military, my entire life would be different today! This one has a lot to take in for under 9 minutes but couldn't disagree with anything you said here. It can be a difficult puzzle to unravel, first conclusions can turnout wrong, admonishment to take time before you get too set that "she's the one". When that chemistry takes over, objectivity can slip. It's a great adventure to find out though. When you fall for someone, you do get that feeling like they make you better and you lose the interest in other women. It's the best feeling in the world and worth the effort.

Psychology is a good thing to learn at any time. Even better for working out who you're dealing with before you make promises of the binding kind. If there's anything that makes your heart and lower jaw hit the floor simultaneously, rest assured it will happen again. And again. All will not be well. A woman is a bit like a long running drama series that starts of brilliantly and then as the episodes and seasons progress it starts going downhill and eventually becomes unbearable. Then years later you see episode 1 again on CZcams and remember how good it was and why you loved it in the beginning. It's like a surprise visit from an old friend. Freedom is like that when you get it back again.

4 years ago I had the "one for me" and she fit all 5 things that you mentioned, but I lost her. She passed away due to cancer almost 4 years ago and I miss her every single day. We were best friends for many years before we got together so we knew each other extremely well. When we got together it was a perfect match and lasted for over 6 years. Would have still been going on, but as I mentioned, I lost her. :( She was the love of my life. I was 42 when she passed away. She was 47. The ever more messed up part is that about 2 years after her death I decided to start a new relationship with a woman that I knew from when I was a teen, but last year she also passed away even though she had no illnesses at all or anything that would have caused her death The even weirder part of this is that she passed away on the SAME day of the SAME month as my girlfriend before her.. Extremely f'd up.. March 5 will always be a day that I will forever HATE!

I don’t know how these things happen but one of your videos appeared on my CZcams feed a few days ago so, out of curiosity I “clicked” (tapped) and found you both informative and entertaining. I thank you for that. That said, however, I have a question for you.
Why is it that women do not seem to think that Unconditional Love is possible in a romantic relationship?
Now, I will be the first to admit that I tend to overthink things and that there are things in my past that have caused me to come down on the side of Universal and Unconditional Love more often than not. To give you some idea as to how this works please allow the following:
In my mind to love someone is to care deeply both for and about the growth, evolution and development of a person’s spiritual essence - their soul. Unconditional love, by extension, is caring deeply both for and about a person (soul) no matter where they are or may have been either physically, intellectually, emotionally or spiritually. Universal and Unconditional Love is (again by extension) caring deeply both for and about the growth, evolution and development of all souls no matter where they are or may have been either physically, intellectually, emotionally or spiritually.
In case you are wondering, yes, I did have a near death experience many years ago (June of 1970 to be a bit more precise) and it has had a major impact upon my own growth, evolution and development.
I will admit that most people do not seem to understand Unconditional Love and therein lies the problem. I do not understand the other kinds of love that most people seem to celebrate.
Just out of curiosity, do you have any thoughts as to how someone like me should go about finding someone of the naturally female persuasion who can love me as I am and for who I am?
