Wow, it's the only time I have seen another person with a copy of The Magic Tarot of Destiny. I came across this Russian deck on Etsy in 2022 and immediately recognizing the artwork of Boris in many of the cards, I pressed that buy button in a flash. While inexpensive, the cards did have terrible card stock, but I didn't care. I love Boris artwork and still have a couple of 1970's posters of his incredible fantasy artwork.
I was so excited to see a video from you! Then midway I hear my name while washing dishes haha! Thank you Janaki! I will be relaunching but yea taking a breathing moment after an intense couple of months. I figured I’ll move slowly and format the guidebook slowly, print a prototype of that and relaunch. I’m not sure when but I’m will post about it when I’m getting ready again to launch. I love your deck choices as always + how cool to be teaching! 💃🏻🌞

I love the death doula oracle. It's a film photography oracle that's made from double exposed images. Lots of nature images and the guidebook is really lovely. I think the name can be a tad deceiving, it's not so much about death, but more about emotions? I use it the cards on my altar, a new one every month. Easily in my top 10 decks

Suggested oracles wd be the Poesis oracle, the Your Wise Animal Body oracle, but the photograph oracle that I saw only recently on Tarot Stack's site is the Outlaw oracle. It's probably too mainstream or Western-specific for you, I like the mood, there is something desert gothic about it 🏜 Thanks for some great showings here. Your anthropology course sounds exciting.
I pair my Graven Images Oracle with my Mountain Dream Tarot, for whatever reason the combination really clicks with me! Someday I'll have that deck of Gothic majors 🤩

Seeing the Graven Images Oracle has me kicking myself because I had the chance to grab it for $5 on eBay and I let it go. You have, however, inspired my next round of eBay searches; I think I’ll go down the rabbit hole of vintage decks!

Ooh! A Dave McKean tarot❤ I found a secondhand McKean coffee table book during lockdown that was great company. Sometimes I feel like a secondhand goth, by way of my fondness for moody 90s art direction, and 4AD Records art in general. 🥂to Spooky Girl Summer! Thanks for sharing

Sadly the deck is out of print and the creator Leilah Wendell has passed away. They still pop up every now and then on Facebook marketplace, which is where I found mine. Best of luck with your search !
Agree with all your loves...........love El Tarot, Mountain Dreams, Dragon Tarot, Dreaming in Situ, etc. And I agree about the Jumbledance. I hate the literal depiction of the cups and the wands....ugh. I think the Craft Decadence would be great with the Vertigo. It's really smart and deep. The cards are teeny, just letting you know. I had a 2 month ordeal with getting the Manzel. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Plus the deck quality isn't pretty cheap. Which is a shame. I love the artwork.
