Dana, I love the way the rug looks under your table. Your decor is so beautiful. It’s such a clean look and not overwhelming. I hope your daughter is doing well. I continue to pray for her.
I use a garment handheld steamer on new rugs. Works great getting the wrinkles out and making the edges stay down. I go over the back side first then flip and do the front side. It’s always worked for me. Everything looks so good. I loved the round basket tray on your kitchen table, I like what you ended up doing, but I just loved that round basket tray. Keep the videos coming, so motivating for me ❤️

Beautiful home! Everything was gorgeous. The only thing I would change is on the shelf everything was about the same size on that second shelf so if you switch out the bowl with one of the containers it would flow better but I say this cause I’ve always been taught to not have three items the same size next to each other but it still looks cute. Love your style!!

I love how Americans can switch things out for every season.Things have stayed put in my house forever.The only time things are moved out is for the Christmas season.You are a great decorator.Besides where I'm from changing things will be too costly.
I understand . Here in North America just wait for sale mostly 60 percent off. Or if you are in a really tight budget thrift store is your bestfriend.
Yes we don't do all that seasonal changing here in UK.
We are fortunate because things go on sale very frequently and we seem to have a pretty good selection of thrift stores around!!
I´m from Germany and I change my decor for the seasons as well. I slowly colltected my decor. Many items I made by myself. For example all my pumpkins I have sewn. For summertime I use my seashels which I collected over the years. Decor hasn´t to be expensive at all. I recomend fresh flowers - they really change up a space!

She was taken out of work an any physical activities for 3 months which is basically the entire summer so I feel bad about that. Oh well, as long as she heals properly that's all that really matters!

Hi! I found them at my local grocery store Hannaford! They are just a seasonal item! I found them a couple of weeks ago so I'm not sure if they are still out! They are adorable!

Just beautiful, Dana! I'm amazed you found that cool vase/jar at IKEA. I just went to our closest IKEA last week and nothing. I left with a very small cutting board, cinnamon rolls and a candy bar! What a bummer. My friend was also disappointed. So many things out of stock or just not a lot of items out. I saw one regular cutting board and it was scratched so I left it. A lot of your items can transition to Fall. Our weather has been so crazy.... cool, rainy and very cloudy. I'm not looking forward to Fall just yet. I want to see some sun and hot temps! Plus i'm not ready to lug all the Fall decor up the stairs! LOL
I found that about IKEA as well, everything I wanted was out of stock!! This has been the worst weather. SO MUCH RAIN!! I think everyone is over it! I love fall decor and fall in general but I'm hoping we have a hot August so that I can be ready for fall when it comes!! Have a great day my friend!
