When mukul rohtagi suddenly came and said i appeared behalf of some corporates associations i guess they wanted not to disclose bonds unique number but chief justice counter striked stop their drama cz they are not parties in orignal case ! And judgement is already given now there is nothing to argue or bcm a party ! Did you notice when plan backfired asg tushar mehta suddenly said center government we have nothing to do with mukul rohtagis mentioning and what aggarwal did letter and bullshit he wrote in his letter asg suddenly started to wrap his things and distanced himself from both of these lawyers 😂 government tried their last trick but failed miserably! Look at rohtagis face he knew game is over ! No tricks
CJI humbly calmly requested him to file a petition. He cant bark at CJI like this. It doesn't matter he came from Mars or Kerala. He should follow the procedure. He is speaking in favour of electoral bonds, which is not transparent and doesn't comply with democracy.

Send him to observe Singapore courts for five years. And align our Judiciary on the Singapore model. Big ticket international vs Indian arbitration moves to Singapore for a reason. Our courts are second to none. But it is the SOP. This lawyer if he had done that in Singapore will have his licence revoked for certain years. Repeat offense may invite Jail time- reading time.

This barking lawyer was suspended from supreme court practice for 1 year in 2019 for his shameless contemptuous behaviour.
Does CJI understand that Electoral bond scheme was there to record all the transactions to the party with proper balance sheet maintain in banks... That's why judges of SC and HC should be choosen through All India Judiciary Services entrance examination and not by hand picking through Collegium system under nepotism policy... So that more knowledgeable judges can be there to think in a practical manner...
