- A common question from beginners is whether they should use a free theme, whether it is worth getting a premium theme, or whether should they try a 3rd party theme, which seems a lot cheaper than the official premium themes on the Shopify theme store.

Could you please do a video specifically about creating custom product pages and best practices for creatinv a shopify custom product page using dawn theme.for example build your own box custom product page that allows users to select different donuts and add them to a box of 6 or box of 9 😅🙏🙏🙏

Thanks heaps for this Ed. Very grateful for you time! One question please......If I started with a basic Dawn theme and loaded it up with products and a moderate amount of features and customizations, then later..., is it a complex and complicated process to transfer all that I built on Dawn to a premium theme and keeping at least most of the layout intact? Or, is such a transfer basically starting from scratch all over again with the new premium theme? Thanks so much kind SIr! :)
i assume you only keep the products and other settings. but layout wise you gotta do it from scratch. tbh doesnt look like alot of work to me as u keep ur collections and everything. Point is, it would be impossible to import stuff between different themes since they would be non compatible with each other

Minimog theme best for shopify and also trendy!
Photography. The best way to make any design pop is having really nice images, both product and lifestyle.

I don't have much experience with Debutify, so I can't judge. But it has a well-paying affiliate program and many huge influencers promoting it. So I am skeptical.

I think Shopify won't allow Themes that consume data from a backend other than Shopify's in their marketplace. So 3rd-party themes can offer features (ie Wishlist) to their theme that themes in the Shopify marketplace can't offer. Is that correct?
but which is faster? the shopify premium theme or a third party theme like ELLA THEME
