SC is not a NFL team so they can’t wait for prospects to be ready to win now. The prospects have to be ready to play at high levels soon as they touch the field and 5 ⭐️ mostly give you that. The team with the most usually wins this just facts. Look at the last 20 winners, Michigan was the anomaly. As a fan I SC in the running every year, not every 4. As far as prospects flipping on the defensive side of the ball it won’t really matter as the ones who flip can be replaced if have to because SC had the ace in the hole and his name is Coach Henderson. There’s nothing no recruiting site or coach including coaches like Kirby Smart say to discredit him. He’s really the one the recruiting sites are trying to counteract within the media because they know with a asset like him in SC coaching staff the program can have more than a significant turnaround player personnel wise, putting this team amongst the elite in a matter of a couple years. Henderson and Lynn are the hire of the year in college football and they have the attention of the college landscape. SC has a rebound year defensively and all Riley has to do is capitalize on the momentum that’s brewing in LA because these kids want to come.

I can see a DL flipping away but if you are the center of Riley’s attention as a QB and go elsewhere you are just dumb or have parents pushing you because they want your bag. We almost lost Bear because of that.
NiL needs to be Capped by the NCAA; Kids need to earn thier keep & not be able to demand unrealistic amounts of money and or be allowed to transfer without academic committment. Students should have to aign a contract for several years like Unrestricted free agents do in Pro Sports....NIL with no structure & Cap is Ruining College Sports.
