Obesity needs to stop being used as a term in itself. These people help and not to be laughed at or mocked by a nutritionist.
The BMI scale is a joke. None of my medical conditions were caused by weight and it was a huge relief to hear. By the BMI scale though, I am still considered obese. My BMI is like 30. Yet I dont suffer any problems from my weight and I feel the exact same whether I weight 160 or 215- i shift between these two weights due to different illnesses i have where I cant rly eat or drink for a long time and I get very sick. But when I'm in the 200s I actually feel well and energetic, which is what I am at now. Being at a "healthy" BMI almost killed me- I was hospitalized and minutes away from death due to low blood sugar which caused Rhabdomyolysis (deadly if you dont immediately go to the ER).
Why am I bringing this up? Because people with actual health conditions from being overweight, will use it as a defense. "I'm not sick because I'm overweight, I'm overweight because I'm sick." And they become genuinely delusional and think theyre healthy, against all their physicians warnings.
It REALLY needs to be classified as an eating disorder of its own. It doesnt fall into binge eating disorder most of the time- even when it does though, the doctors just act like it's their fault and send them on their way. As opposed to patients with critical anorexia that would be hospitalized! It's like the doctors want fat ppl to die.

So this is true. Liquids will get you fat easily where solids have a harder time. In pig farming if you want to fatten up a pig REAL QUICK. Instead of feeding them mostly solid foods. You take all that food, and liquify it by blending it. The body doesn't have to work at breaking it down to get what it needs.
A lot of people are saying this person's problem is mental. But in reality she was ignorant. She needed someone to sit down and help her with her diet. Like ignorant is when the person flat out didn't know better. Stupid is when they did and still did whatever. She didn't know better. And I'm sure a lot of people here didn't know about that trick some pig farmers use to fatten up some of their pigs real fast. (They tend to only use it when they have some that aren't gaining weight like the farmer wants. While some farmers do this as a go to, most don't unless if they are already doing it for some because it is a lot of work.

"Healthy" does not mean you can eat as much of it as you want! Also butter is actually healthier that seed oils. Olive oil is one of the few truly healthy oils. You also need to avoid grains to loose weight but 'health' food is loaded with corn. Meat is also great for you so long as it's not heavily processed and stuffed with preservatives.
Really, the reason why everyone is fat is because everything were told was healthy as a kids has turned out to be false. Even the whole salt causes high blood pressure thing is wrong. If you test right after eating it goes up. This was the last test in the first study did, but a second one tested again an hour later and the blood pressure was exactly what it was before eating. Science is hard, even for scientists.

POV: death by obesity speed run

Everyone is being so kind. So this woman took to drinking healthy oils instead of eating healthy fresh fruits snd vegetables? I think she was drinking the oil because it helped her to feel full. I guess that's a psychological disorder. It's hard to believe she didn't know the oils were not good for her though.

I find it very easy to believe with health gurus and other idiots constantly talking about different oils and their health benefits. If someone really wants to lose weight, this is exactly why a doctor needs to get them to a dietitian.

Wow! How sad is that? She technically wasn’t even eating, but she was still gaining weight. Plus she was sabotaging herself and she didn’t even know why.

That's really unfortunate that she didn't get the right food education on food. That being said, I love 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of mustard oil on my tongue. I drink it sometimes when I get the craving. Wonderful stuff.

If the oil was the only thing she ate/drank, her body would have gone into ketosis, and she should actually have lost weight..maybe it was the only thing she drank, nothing else. I hope she is ok now.

Honestly if you are on keto and supplement it with other things, that's a great way to get quick calories 🤷🏾‍♀️
I'd just eat butter as it isn't as disgusting, but to each their own

Obesity is no longer the issue, get to the bottom of how she could manage drinking cooking oil.
I just know her intestines were all sorts of fucked. Her system was well lubricated that’s for sure.

THERE ARE NEARLY 2,000 CALORIES IN A CUP OF COOKING OIL. its better to eat an entire fucking pizza than that, at least a pizza has nutrients

    • @petelee2477
      @petelee2477 Před 6 měsíci

Fat is an essential part of your diet. Olive oil in particular also has vitamin A and E. Good old fashion butter even contains k12.
I'm not saying consuming over an entire calories worth of fat in one sitting is healthy. I'm just saying that in terms of nutrients you get more benefit out of olive oil than pizza.
