Yes, it's sad, but it's a Phoenix, it will probably grow back from the root. It went down in a storm before. Grew right back. Or might just let a seedling take over. They grow fast!! But yeah, would have fallen where I didn't want it to. Better to take it now. It will help my Euphorbias and cactus stay warm this winter!! Thanks for watching Daz!!! Hahaha , well a jug of ice water and a fan anyway. Was pretty hot, 96°F it's all loaded in the truck & ready to stack on the wood pile. It will help keep my plants warm this winter!!!
