The level of abuse one takes is quantified by the level of ones self-worth. The less you love yourself, the more abuse you will invite in and put up with. Healing begins with something as simple as a thought which creates a vibrational shift that will no longer attract abuse. The thought should be I am worthy, I am whole, I am loved. Look at yourself in the mirror ten times a day and say “I love you”. If you love yourself, abuse will be a very opposing vibration to your loving energy. A beautiful book to read is The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Murphy. It’s life changing. When you accept yourself and love yourself exactly as you are, abuse will no longer be acceptable to your soul.

I was feeling guilty and resentful because of some of my failures. It was really good for me to listen to this. I am a person who obsess over events a lot and it has been 1 year and I still can't forget them. My son was born last night at 9:49pm he’s so peaceful. He just stares at me with the most beautiful eyes.
