Nice footages. Your speed though is quite fast. May i suggest for you to continue on your interview as part of your project update. Fine tune lang ghapon gamay ang interview.
Meantime, i will not dwell on the details of the RROW as it may be the fault of DPWH (naa gud na budget in any project) or on the owner when documents required are not complete or not in order. But a big percentage of the problem is when the agency makes hilot and hocus focus, policy of accommodation, etc.
