Wow! I have never watched this, but those gorgeous horses and Boyd are working so incredibly hard! I sure hope the horses get good rub downs and lots of treats afterward. Way to go Boyd and all!!

@@dotwillcoxson5352 You can tell because of how fit and healthy they are. To have the strength and elasticity to do what they do must take so much work. I applaud Boyd for all of that!
I wish I were one those horses! Five star accomodations for life! But as for treats...great athletes are careful what they eat...

Dutch Harness Horses
Why would they but blinkers on the horses
Because if a horse spooks when they're attached to the carriage they can hurt themselves or the other horses.
It helps get total focus on the reins, not what's happening around them.
Helps the horses not to shy and rear.
