Is ITR compulsory even if my salary is under income tax slab
Actually if your salary is under ITR slab then they demand for someone who can sponsor your trip like your father or any other person so you have to show their documents like ITRs and also a court affidavit.
Its just for showing purposes while the money in your bank can be yours or your father’s it doesn’t matter.

Yeah even I had enough money in my bank but just for safe side I attached my father’s affidavit.
Yes you can write an affidavit from your side stating your income. I hope it will work.
