- Breaking into the Skalitz castle owned by Sir Radzig should be a glorious time! Standing on top of the stone walls overlooking the town!
It should be glorious!
Well...hold onto your Schnapps, it is well...not. Where's the castle!
You can break into the castle yourself if you wish. Use this technique from this video. Around 8:30 mins I show the exact part to escape Skaltiz if you wish, but the whole video shows off the bug and what is possible, well as much as I know.
• Kingdom Come Deliveran...
Beef Jumping lives!
This is sort of a shorter video than I like to be honest. There were three areas I tried to break with beef jumping but something is up with them. I will break them sooner or later!
But until then enjoy Kingdom Come Exploit here and visit Sir Radzig castle yourself if you wish :) - Hry
One does not simply walk into Sir Radzig's Castle.
One has to do the jump!
Visible or invisible walls can't stop Henry now!
- Look my liege!
- Skallitz Castle!
- Skallitz Castle!"
- It's only a model...
Sigismund must of been really mad when he found out it was a decoy castle.
That Sir Radzig sure is crafty :P
More KCD please, maybe try breaking the game as Theresa in ‘A Woman’s Lot’, or escaping the game map if that’s even possible.
You know I do not have the "A Woman's Lot" DLC.
I do have to get it when it comes back on sale from steam.
The last time I looked at it, it seemed to be a very short DLC and nothing too crazy, but I will take a look at it sometime :)
@@helicalgoose its ten hours and the longest(10 hours) dlc released by WH if you do all the side quest in it.
@@angelmunoz3481 Really?
Wow, I did not think they could stretch that much out of Theresa side quests. Alright I definitely check it out sometime :)
I know you would get there by the glorious beef tower😂
The beef tower has no equal :P
Always thought the from the ashes dlc should’ve been skalitz, and not Pribyslavitz, hopefully they do another town building dlc here. Maybe in KCD 2
You know that is not a bad idea really, it would make more sense, since technically it is still a silver mine, I mean why wouldn't you rebuild the villager?
The only reason I can think of is that maybe it did not happen historically? Like did Skalitz ever get rebuilt in that time period? Maybe the devs knew about that, and said lets build another village that actually was built around that time period.
@@helicalgoose I mean, you’re probably right on the later, I’m sure they were trying to be historically actuate with the game as much as they could but, it’s a game at the end of the day, and I’m sure 99% of us would’ve preferred to rebuild Skalitz for game continuity, to me it would’ve felt like a homecoming, ‘Noble knight Henry, rebuilds his beloved Skalitz from the ground’ Idk feels like they missed a trick, but knowing the guys I doubt it and there must’ve been a reason, like I said, maybe in KCD 2 they will veer more away from being historically accurate and solely put their focus on the story told in KCD surrounding Henry.
@@SuperLN17 I hope so with the KCD 2 deal.
Historically accurate should be 2nd fiddle for a story like this. I mean Henry is already a sort of mystery historical character you might as well go slightly off the rails.
Though I must say I do enjoy seeing a game made in this time period and region.
It seems that most of the attention gets place on the England/France area or Italy, but nothing really east of that.
Tons of interesting stories to be had that really have not been told if people just look a bit.
I am pretty sure helical just play the game to murder everybody and finds bugs while doing it.
Warhorse Studios should hire him as a game tester. He does this job very well.
I like to say, not a single person died during this video.
Henry was very upset.
The Codex says: "In the morning, the only thing Sigismund's men found in the empty castle was a goat (this is also in the game)". So, I'd like to know where is this animal? Should it appear after prologue or Warhorse Studios haven't supposed that someone could enter this castle?
Yah! Where is my goat!
Also I like to think that Sigismund men came to the castle ready to start a fight, but then the whole castle fell over like a cardboard cut out, and the men going, "We' have been duped!!!"
Sort of like Blazing Saddles if anyone has seen that movie. An oldie but a good :P
Maybe it's a reference to this? "In 1403, the town was razed by Sigismund of Luxembourg. Having been evacuated beforehand, only an elderly woman and a pig were reportedly left in the village.[4]"
You're the best KCD related channel out there, our dude!
Thank you so much :D
I am surprised that there is more KCD content to go, but this game keeps surprising me!
New candidate for an Olympic event: Beef Jumping.
Henry would be the champion for certain.
You know, I never tried doing it on Theresa (Playing the Woman's Lot DLC), since there was no point for her to beef jump anywhere.
But she would be number 2 for certain ;)
I like your Kcd Content keep up the great work.
Thanks, will do! :D
Sees the beef:
"I'm starting to get hungry" 😂
lol, time for Henry to visit Rattay bathhouses once again ;)
I love your kcd vids 👍keep up the good work.
Thanks :)
Someday I will run out of KCD content, but the game just can't stop giving.
Quoting Monty Python:
-It's only a model.
-Shhh!
Curse you! Now I had to rewatch about half that movie because of that quote.
@@helicalgoose
...On second thought, let's not go to Skalitz, it is a silly place.
Heads up: This video got promoted by the Kingdom Come: Deliverance facebook page 15 mins ago at the time of my writing this. Just if you see this vid get more traffic than usual and you're wondering why... that's why :D
Ah thanks for the heads up. I got off work and was like, why are people replying to this old video?
Now it makes more sense, Jesus Christ be praised!
Poor cows.....
They were part of something greater. I am sure they are honored to be part of this glorious beef jumping over the walls.
I've been waiting I love the vids
Thanks for the waiting :)
Hope it was worth the wait.
@@helicalgoose it was lol
I read that there must be the goat in the castle.
Maybe the goat is under the castle hmmm, might have to do some more exploring :P
I still need to learn the tower of beef move.
The Tower of Power, or Beef tower, is quite a pain. You need flat ground and smaller stacks to make it happen.
Honestly, other items are far more successful for making towers out of, but they give mixed results.
Not certain, but I am still messing with the formula a bit.
Found something interesting with another item and no idea how it happened, but research time!
me when i ride a rollercoaster 3:07
Thanks :)
Now I regret not putting in a roller coaster sound while I did that.
I almost want to take down the video and re-upload it with it in there :P
You can never have too much KCD.
Someday I will run out of KCD content, but the game just can't stop giving.
I came for sir Radzigs's castle, got beef tower
I call this a win-win for everyone :)
Beef towers are the new rage in Bohemia.
Good job bro :)
Thanks, this one was a lucky one to be honest.
I was about to give up on this, then all of sudden I got poped over the wall, like OOOOOhhhh, there no invisible wall here!! Muahah
I haven’t eaten beef in a long time
Why eat beef when you can use it as a ladder? Beef ladders!!
Awesome thanks 😊
Enjoy :)
Being able to break into that castle is well worth it, at least once.
You can get in there after it is burned down too, but it is nothing special.
This “trying to break kcd” series is very cool. I wonder what happens if you kill Zbyshek in Skalitz, will he appear again later next to the butcher’s dog?
Haha, I am glad you're enjoying that.
As a spoiler, Zbyshek just reappears no matter what.
You can kill him in Skalitz anytime after you finish the fight after you thrown dung at the house.
This same thing applies to people in Skalitz, anyone you kill there will respawn, except for the two named castle guards for some reason.
Those are the only two that I can think of that stays perma dead.
@@helicalgoosewhat's those guards role in later story..?
@@Tnk_xd Nothing anymore.
Except they do have a short dialogue at the start and end of the game, except it does not play if they're dead.
But otherwise they just hang around Sir Radzig as his bodyguards at the castle.
But they're fun characters to keep around so I try not to kill them.
@@helicalgoose I killed them In Skalitz so Noone could report me... Btw, Does Massacring in Skalitz affect later on..?
Have you tried beef jumping in the church (lower end of Rattay), there's a chest in the steeple just out of reach... I know in theory how your meant to reach it but it didn't happen when I tried(I wont post spoilers here).
I will take a look.
The church is not a place Henry goes too often. It sort of burns a bit too much in there.
Hi, here we are again messing with KCD! xD
6:40 new unit of hight: beef
I feel like we need to start standardizing height measurements by beef instead of this centimeter, meter, or kilometer stuff.
Heck, the standardized beef (SB) or beef standard (BS for short), would make a heck of lot more sense than the imperial units :P
i just love the beef names...lol beef jumping, beef tower.
Henry would be the "beef pope", but apparently at this time in history there was already two popes. So Henry did not think it would be good to add another ;)
@@helicalgoose If you think about the latin and the original meaning Henry would be Bōs Pope, the Beef Daddy. I bet the Bōs Pope could take on those other popes.
@@albdamned577 Holy snackers! That is awesome. Thanks for the translation, that is something I need to use!
I feel like I have to name a character in game sometime :P
@@helicalgoose ironically provided by Al B Damned!
@@helicalgoose lol I was playing crusader king and got an idea to build your beef church on that rock... Bos Pope Henry, whose resides in the Beef-silica of St. Angus
This video is so good
Thanks :) I tried to keep it short and to the point.
Finally, everyone can see that it is just a cardboard castle!
Lord Radzig is not really a lord! Just an imposter with really good cardboard art.
@@helicalgoose Lol, I love the innovative ways you and the rest of the kcd community come up with these exploits to look deeper into the mechanics of the game. Just curious, do you plan on doing anything with the DLC in the game? I know a women's lot is the only one that really changes things up but it might be fun to look into, though I'm not sure how possible it is to break it like it is in the rest of the game.
does anyone try to recreate helical's? pretty fun to watch, but i cant even imagine myself trying to do that
I've tried a few things like annihilating Skalitz and killing Cumans near Theresa's mill, just because I can't survive second part with an arrow in my leg. Hard mode, all negative percs, you know...
Some of the things I do are not that useful, like jumping over a wall to get to an empty castle :P
But the few videos for jumping onto buildings is quite useful and doable for wiping out towns or bandits.
I like thouse videos about Skalitz)
Skalitz is a great place. I can't seem to leave it at all.
Someday I will move on from it lol
Have you tried glitching back into the main part of Skalitz after glitching out? I've been messing with a save after glitching out, even have some decent stats, but I can't get back in now. Thought about messing with the beef thing, but man is it annoying on a console version. The way I originally got back in doesn't seem to be working, so that must have been luck. Might give it another go though, then again I'm not sure just what exactly I did the first time.
One idea I had was to advance the quests in Skalitz until you have to give Theresa the nails, then glitch out and give them to her at Peshek's mill. Problem with that is once Theresa is in Skalitz, she's no longer at the mill. Then as you showed in your video, if you give Theresa the nails when she is at the mill it really messes things up. Wondering if it would be the same results if you do the Unexpected Visit objectives but never report back to Martin, and instead glitch out and give Theresa the nails at the mill.
On getting back into Skaltiz, it seems that it will be very tricky and probably with very little pay off for the attempt.
The only way I see that is possible is by going back over the roof. This will require multiple beef jumps and some luck.
Sometimes the beef does not elevate you, but just push you back.
Not 100% certain on the cause of this at this point. Main reason is that I do not see the pay off on doing this.
------------
Now doing all the quests in Skalitz first then leave before talking to Martin and go talk to Theresa hmmm...I am not certain what would change. I have not tried this but I am just throwing out a hypothesis.
I think the reason why the quests get canceled or failed is because the NPC who was accepting them has now been removed from the game. Meaning the quest can not be done anymore.
Prime example would be any quest relating to Lady Stephanie before the Talmberg missions. If you do not do them before, you will just auto-fail them.
I am guessing Theresa quest probably removes Martin as part of the script, but uhh not certain.
I would attempt this again, but my save files have all been over lost by drinking too many schnapps attempting to do crazy stuff.
Meaning I would have to go back to murdering cows again for awhile, which i am not too keen on doing without some pay off.
Makes me sound lazy, but really I got to manage my time a bit better to get some better video out for everyone :)
@@helicalgoose Yeah I doubt it's even worth it to escape and then go back. Main reason I see is for skills and equipment, but even then you don't really need it for a while.
Can't remember how you said you do it, but I drop the beef then use a schnapps before even closing the inventory menu. When I reload it seems to consistently put me in a good position.
Yeah I'm not sure what it is either. Could be like you said and certain things are linked to NPCs, and I can't help but feel that skipping mandatory objectives messes with the script too. It's probably a combination of things.
I do think the trigger to start Run is linked to successfully finishing Unexpected Visit, and since that fails you get stuck with no quests.
I did try what I said, and escaped before going back to Martin then giving the nails to Theresa, but it still gives the same results.
I feel like the stuff with Stephanie just gets locked due to story progression like several other quests, though I could be wrong.
Don't be so damn lazy! Nah, just kidding, I understand. I'd much rather see you work on more interesting videos than revisit smaller and potentially less interesting aspects of other videos.
Ah thanks for the update on that :)
Well the other reason too, lots of things I have been trying have been failing quite a bit.
Plus I have been working on a few other side projects that have been taking a lot longer than I thought for some other games. (Like been working on them a hour here or there a day for the past month)
So hopefully the finished products comes out pretty good, but finding new bugs on Kingdom Come is become a bit harder now lol, guess it is time to leave Skalitz and go on out to find the other bugs :P
@@helicalgoose I guess when it comes to finding bugs and exploits in games, you're probably going to fail more often than succeed. I'm sure a lot of times it's a lot of trial and error.
Hey sometimes things don't always go as planned, though once you finish those other projects I'm sure it will be a pretty nice feeling.
Maybe look into more areas you aren't meant to access, I'm sure there are more of those. Skill exploits would be nice. Wish I could suggest more, but nothing else really comes to mind. Try finding a way to make archery suck less without a targeting reticle, then again that might be hard haha.
@@Max-ui7yf Yup I will keep it up.
The major projects are just the thing I think are draining my time, but I have drained so much time into them that I can't abandon them quite yet haha.
But yes, there are quite a few ideas left in KCD that I am not too worried.
Archery is something I do plan on doing, but that one will take a little time.
I don't know I can make it suck without the reticle, that would be quite a feat.
please tell me you don’t actually say Theresa like thay
I don't lol.
What happen in this video while recording I was thinking "Teresa" and remembering that her name is Theresa and I sort of combined the two half way in saying it.
It happens.
At least where I live I never met a "Theresa" so this game is a first for me.
Never seen that cut scene with henry in the jail cell in skalitz?
Start a new game and run up to the nearest guard in Skalitz and punch him.
Go to jail and see what happens ;)
I honestly never seen it until I started to act like a jerk to everyone from minute one :P
@@helicalgoose Cool. I usually stealth knockout one guards at the back to get early armour. So, havent done anything in front of everyone yet :D
Cant wait for the sequel, gotta upgrade the pc
I really hope they release this game closer to winter time so I can use my PC to warm up my place after seeing the sample of graphics of the next game.
My PC is afraid!
@@helicalgoose will it not be better optimized than the first game? the graphics dont look insanely different
@@zil7618 I hope its better optimized and it probably should be because like you said, it looks fairly similar, maybe a bit more costumes.
Also, they did mention the game is about 2x larger and little areas here and there, which could be a huge problem if they did not optimize the game :P
@@helicalgoose just the pure point that the game had such a bigger budget than the first game gives me hope that it'll pull through and my PC will be able to run it.
the first game wasn't greaty optimized but for the budget you can't blame them
@@zil7618 Yah, also looking at the next game KCD2, it looks like the graphics are about the same like mentioned. (I mean they looked good enough before)
So hopefully they were able to use the older graphics little touch ups here and there and focused on making what they really wanted with the game, I am excited for that!
I cant even figure out how you made 45k before leaving the first village. Or where you got lock pics at to get all the hard chest open.
Escaping skalitz before the tutorial is over with beef jumping is the answer :P
And did I have 45k or 4.5k? I will have to go back and check. I did not think I farmed the town that much. lol
@@helicalgoose think it was 45k. but even 4.5k is a lot. But then I keep buying save drinks..lol
@@lastwolflord lol I will have to go back and look at it sometime.
I know on that Henry he already took all the money out of Skaltiz and I think stole a bunch of money out of Talmberg and some other locations.
He was selling large quantities of beef to everyone :P
WHERE IS THE GOAT?!
lol, I haven't heard that for a long time!
Someone said a long time there was a goat around, but I never seen it in the castle or under the map there. (from what I can see)
There is suppose to be an easter egg that no one has found quite yet (according to Warhorse) so it might be the goat, wherever it is hiding!
@@helicalgoose Hmm, ok.
Thx for those videos!
Where is the goat? Read the codec then you know why I asked.
I have heard about this "goat" that is suppose to be around. No one really knows the true location, it is almost a folk tale at this point.
I have been inside the castle, pre-skalitz burning down and after it burned down, and also I looked under part of the map in that location.
I am curious though if anyone can point me to it I can look for it again ;)
Ohh , this is disappointing ☹️ , i always wonder what is in there .
Yah, I think everyone was disappointed to not find a goat inside the castle :(
beef duping when?
Beef jumping has always been a thing.
No need to dupe the beef, each cow gives up about 100-250 beef :)
A stack of 700 will get you in just about anywhere. Well almost. (Shakes fists at some locations)

Beef Power !!!
If Henry was in Skyrim, he would be Beef Born, and his shout would cause a mountain of beef being spawned below him.
Hehehe
This game looks like morrowind 🤢
To be fair to the game, I am running it at around low-medium graphics.
Using Beef jumping techniques on my computer is not a good time. I need to someday be able to purchase a much better video card.
Look up the game when it's on Ultra. Got a GTX 1070 and can play it on much higher graphics settings... just the frame rate isn't as good as I'd like at all. It really is a stunning game when the visuals are set higher. You'd definitely want a better card than a 1070 to play it that way though with frame rates to be happy with.
Not trying to pitch my channel in a 'hey subscribe to my channel' because I've no plans on uploading new stuff. I do have a KCD vid that's playing on a higher graphics setting. You'd be better off looking up Kingdom Come Deliverance Ultra on youtube and finding a good video that way. I do have one on my channel that's just messing around with console commands bringing in a lot of NPCs to attack people. Kinda spoilers though because you go somewhere you need to go in the story. Posted the video because it's funny spawning in people to attack some guys. It does screw with the frame rate. I could have spawned in a lot more people in to it but sometimes the game crashes and the times it doesn't it goes to single digit FPS.
@@paulcrowley3172 Well I subscribed to you. :D
The graphics are much better.
There are mods too that you can download to make the graphics look better, maybe?
I have not tried the mods, but you know that some people have some seriously good artistic skills out there.
@@helicalgoose The graphics are better on my video for sure... but they could be better again. I just turned on GeForce experience and had it capture some vid... I didn't pay attention to the resolution I was capturing and what you see there is low. Best to look up and see a video at 1080p or 1440p if you play that way like I do myself. Yeah, for sure there are graphics mods out there too but even without that, looking at the game on its highest setting the game is a beauty. Course the engine the game uses helps a lot.
I've used some mods. Honestly I've got one to make lockpicking easier. I haven't tried changing it from the default lockpicking to the easy type, I just got a lockpicking mod because first time I tried that I just noped doing that :D
I'm on a video every 3 year average it seems. I've got a cheat mod but the reason I got that mod wasn't to cheat. Ever had the game lock up on a cut scene? I've had that happen a few times where I couldn't get past because it kept getting locked. There's a way to fix it but it's downloading the cheat mod, which allows console commands and you can use cheat_save during the cut scene then when you reload it skips that cut scene.
