Do you have any recommendations for a yoga teacher training for teaching yoga to kids? 💞🙏
Hi Amie! You know, I am afraid that I don't! I haven't been working in the kids yoga space. I would first check out the Yoga Alliance website and look for programs that are registered with them ~ I would also be ready to ask questions along the same lines as questions that you may ask for a regular 200 hour training (What are the assessments? What will I be able to teach when I graduate? What do you teach about sequencing? Methodology? Childhood development? What is faculty experience?) These questions can help you get a feel for the trainings that you are vetting ~
