sir, kya panaromic sunroof gaadi ko garam karti hain? thinking of creta sx in Hyderabad jaha bohot garmi rehti hain. Also I am confused between Venue Petrol IMT and Creta IVT Petrol. I read both the engines are almost similar but i love the size look (especially back view) sunroof of Creta more. But do you think 17.5 l on creta ivt justfied over 11.5 l in venue ? My budget is 15l and looking for expert advise. Kia cars seem to have lots of waiting period so not considering. Please share your expert advise
Initial engine noise might be due to degraded turbocharger, check once. Because for turbo cars, it's clearly mentioned that every time we start the engine, we need to keep engine idle for couple of mins, so that oil flow to turbo is sufficient and that you can rev the engine to higher rpm.

Almost ab year since I bought the Venue, same variant, 1.0 Turbo. And the voice you’re talking about while accelerating is still the same. That actually the turbo kicking in power in rising RPM’s. Every turbo engine does the same.
Also, really satisfied with Venue, it’s practicality is really commendable!

Being a Venue Turbo Petrol DCT owner and having driven 4000+ kms in Delhi-GGN jams and highways maine puri video badi dhyaan se end tak suni and I must say (with all due respect and no offence) inki service cost aur mileage ki complaint sunnay ke baad aisa lagta hai ki na to inhone gaadi kharidne se pehle type of engine par dhyaan diya aur na workshop par gaadi le jaane se pehle service checklist pe.
Coming to the mileage part, you have bought a turbo petrol variant. This is not supposed to offer you excellent maruti level mileage in the first place itself. Turbo Petrols have been targeted at consumers who want fun to drive petrol cars and don't wish to purchase diesel variants for whatever reason. Turbo Petrols are meant to offer a litte bit of fun and performance. Mileage chahiye thi to ya to diesel car lete ya non turbo wala variant (jismain total 5 log bithaane ke baad gaadi pull dena band kar deti hai).
About the engine noise, yes bilkul aati hai par sirf cold start pe (irrespective ki mausam kaunsa hai bahar!). 3 cylinder hai to isliye cold start high rev par thodi zyada noise aati hai but it goes away after 30-40 seconds when engine is slowly reaching operating temperature. Don't understand what the fuss is about!!
Ab aate hai service cost pe. Sir aap jab bhi scheduled service karane worksop jao hamesha uss time ke total kms ran/years of ownership ke hisaab se checklist dekhkar jao ki kya kya check, change and clean karwana hai. Rahi baat aapki jeb kaatne ki, ye har brand karta hai (I think Ford ke alaava) and you should be knowledgeable enough to say yes or no to services offered as per requirement. You will barely exceed the advertised cost.
For feeling even the slightest bumps on roads, do go to a petrol station and get the tyre pressure checked. The pressure might be above the advised limits. Summers main waise bhi hawa aap apni taraf se sahi bhi rakhoge to road par temperature zyada hone ki wajah se pressure badhta hai. Do check, because my experience has been exactly the opposite, this car glides over small small and often medium bumps at the right tyre pressure.
Baaki Turbo Petrol + DCT to bahut hi zabardast combination hai .. absolutely loving it.

Rightly said bro...same observation..mine has done nearly 5000 km...test drive ecosport and venue...as it is my 1st car never bother about driving dynamics & chose venue for its smother ride/comfort..my only complaint is fine rattling noise at door panels while driving..hope will be fixed in the 2nd service. ..

He said after synthetic eng oil change he dint feel any change in performance, and @11:44 this guy is saying ki after 2nd service engine oil change performance has been improved. Even i have started to use synthetic eng oil in my hyundai, it cost more but last more to with added life to engine and performance wise is also good.

Sir please rear seat ka space aap dono left right beth ke dikhaya kro to hme bich ka space dikhay de ki kitna hai. jaise aapne mahindra TUV 300 me dikhaya tha is video ke 6 - 7 din pehle.
This first 30 sec loud noise coming from engine, that might be due to engine generally starts from higher RPM and after some time it downs the RPM automatically. Like we used to do cold start our engines.
I'm not sure but that's might be one of reason.

Ecosport has naturally aspirated engine .... So there would be no lag lower down if compared to turbo engine .. and if u want mileage from your venue then upshift your gear at 2000 or 3000 rpm

I think all Hyundai cars have the headlights low visibility problem. I also feels the same in my grand i10 so i change the headlight bulb with relay and now i am enjoying the night driving very much.

After 20000km the first paid service charged only ₹2400 including engine oil and oil filter replacement.
I have also same car since last 3 years.

Bhai suspension stiff hoga to gadde feel to honge hi, high speed stability milegi na stiff suspension se.
Aur apko mileage aur performance ek hi car se nahi milega.
Mini SUVs are meant for city drives only, agar city me hi breakers pe jhatke lagenge to kya fayda. Suspension needs to be a bit softer for city cars.

In my Hyundai grand i10 there also a strange engine sound for first 10 - 13 seconds than it becomes normal. The sound start coming after around 18k to 19k running and i have observed this sound from many hyundai's petrol (1.2 l)cars.
Yes it's normal bro In Hyundai's 1.2 petrol engine have multi point injectors they may be noise in morning time or (cold start) . I also have grand i10 clocked over 1.80 lac kms without any issue.

Not a Hyundai Fanboy but you can't judge the car just by old experiences, Hyundai has improved a lot in the rode and handling department ever since the 2017 Verna. I'm not saying they have segment best ride and handling, but they're definitely better than some of the rivals.
