Honey cakes 6-7 pcs diameter 8 cm
Sponge cake
Egg - 1 piece (medium)
Honey - 40 g
Baking soda - ½ tsp
Sugar - 50 g
Butter - 50 g
All-purpose flour - 180 g
Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Oven - 180 C / 356 F
Time - 5-6 minutes
Cream cheese recipe
Cream cheese - 300 g
Whipping Cream - 120 g
Powdered sugar - 40 g
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Caramel recipe
Sugar - 100 g
Whipping Cream - 80 g
Butter - 25 g
Cook for 1 minute
