This one can be kinda hard if you let the cops swarm the main room. I played on hardcore too and I kinda just got lucky and the cops stayed mostly outside where I could just blow em up with a grenade

Yeah pretty much, the villain in this game is just a corrupt ceo of ultor who wants to clear the streets of crime. His ends don’t justify his means but his goals are a lot more nobler than the main characters 😂 he just wants to control the city so he can keep killing people and blowing shit up
