Took me about 10 tries but I got it finally. My problem was not releasing my thumb from the original knot and causing a loop on one side that would not reslove. Thanks for the help. Big job interview tomorrow.

Thank you brother! Not to sound like What About Bob, but I really appreciate thr baby steps approach. This knot is a skill that I continuously lose because I use it so infrequently. When I do find the need I usually find a clip as a recap and all the other Windsor Knot how-to's only seemed to confuse me more than I was. Therefore I reiterate, thank you!
