@@knightu1642UCF is who I’m most excited about joining. Especially as a tech fan we get to play y’all year 1 in Lubbock. Going to be way different than AAC I promise you that. I did some research on UCFs turnout last year and all but 1 had less than a 90% stadium capacity. That’s the big 12 spirit. No Ohio states but we make up with it with just how damn fun every stadium is. Even our worst teams who win 1-2 big 12 games a year have at least 90% capacity every home game. And don’t get me started on basketball. Welcome to the nba of college basketball.

I remember my first time at UCF and someone mentioned going to the football game. And I asked "where's the game played?" They said at the Citrus Bowl. I said there's no way I'm getting in my car and driving all the way downtown to see them. I said I'll go to every single home game if they ever built a campus stadium. And from the very first game vs Texas, I attended every single home game for the next 2 years and that was in C-USA! Now we're in the Big 12! What a difference!!! Go Knights! Charge On!!! #GKCO

Congrats Knight Nation on your ascension into the Big 12. One thing that surprised me is that the Big 12 has paired UCF and UH as basketball rivals, i.e. we play twice per season. Don't stop believing

Me too! We have to get stronger on defense and keep our QB and O-line healthy. The only way to become elite is with elite depth! Now in the Big 12 we are finally getting stronger and quicker players already!
@@knightu1642depth is the main adjustment. UCF has proven they can go out and beat a good P5 team like against Baylor in 2013 and Florida a couple years ago. It’s when it’s week 9 and your best corner is out for 1 week or your qb tweaked his ankle and is out for 2 games. That’s when the P5 grind becomes real. Tech played 3 QBs last year because of unlucky injury bug and still got 4th. UCF can do some damage in the coming years.

Go Pokes! I can't wait to travel to all the Big 12 college towns!!! I don't care what anyone says, the middle of the country is the heart of America!!! I'm not gonna lie! You guys have some of the best colors in football I've seen! That orange is magic! That's the only drawback I've ever had with UCF is we needed our gold to be gold or even bright Yellow! But glad to be in the Big 12 with my pokes fans!!!!

Hoping I can meet some UCF fans in Lubbock this year. Don’t believe the rumors. Lubbock is a great game day town. Isolated yes. But it’s a true college town where almost every restaurant, business, person is repping tech. When there’s a game the entire town of almost 300k knows it. As long as you like to drink beer, party with sports fans, and eat good food you’re gonna have a great time. Welcome.

That'll never happen! Big 12 will always be right up there. All the networks lose big time dollars without the other power 5 schools! Fans are loyal to their schools! 30 schools can't support college athletics on major networks alone! Remember that!
