Boy, Gene and Kitty were really getting into it in the first round! And Peggy wasn’t too far behind! It’s been said that Gene was a notorious drinker! There are a number of video clips of him on “What’s My Line” and other shows where it was obvious he was sloshed! And “Match Game” in the 1970’s was infamous for its dinners between taping shows where almost everyone ended up getting smashed!
I’ve heard that it was customary to go have a couple of drinks after taping two episodes and again after the next two as they taped five in one day (Tuesday I believe). The cast on the black and white WML? also went out for drinks on Sunday night after the live show was over.
They should served fruit, cheese and crackers. The panel is going to get either very high or Drunk. I bet they will all be feeling mellow when the game is over. 🍷🥂🍇🍓☺️. NEITA.
