Work as a team. One person is gimbals with wide and medium. Other is on a monopod, with medium to tights.

You don’t need someone on gimbal all day. It’s only really good to have it on walking stuff with the couple during portraits and the couple walking up the isle. Using it for the rest of the day is just relying on gimbal moves instead of getting a good composition.
