Oh, that crying, lol. My family once took in a litter of stray puppies and they would cry like that in the middle of the night. I was in high school so it would wake me up. Being an animal lover, I just kind of slid into the role of caring for all eight of them. Tired as can be, I'd still fix up some bottles and feed them, clean their sleeping area, adjust the blow dryer we used as a heater to ensure it blew on them without heating them too much, and would watch them until they snuggled back down, usually the whole thing taking about an hour or more. I'd do it again in the morning before school, my mom would handle it midday and I'd take over once I got back in. But any time they were restless, they let it be known with that crying, which started with one and then everyone would whine, lol.
Chunky puppers are so cute... they're still adjusting to different living room smells..
