To matlab agar koi bhi dominant(7th) chords construct karni hai to use chord ke base note ke mixolydian scale(1, 3, 5, 7 degree) se hogi.

The video is very helpful undoubtedly🤞🤘 but I think there is an easy method of explaining the Dominant 7 chords.
For any given note, if we change the seventh degree to b7 as found in the Mixolydian mode( 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - b7 - Tonic) of the particular mode, using the b7 of the Mixolydian of the note.
