you can find the location of the Hoon (ken block car) naturally if you are playing through the delamain side quest. one of the divergent cars drives straight through the building the car is in and it will save the quest for you
To finish all of Regina and her gigs u need to increase ur street cred above 20 to complete all her gigs so drive around Watson and look on ur map semi zoomed in and do NCPD pop up missions they appear blue and say NCPD on them that should help increase ur street cred enough to do all her quests
I think the playing for time mission shpuld be mandatory for any other event that involves Johny. I remember I triggered the event in the garage where a Delamane cab smashes V's car. He then starts talking to Johny like their friends but it was only a few seconds ago that Johny was bashing V's head at his apartment window.
They sort of fixed it now. If you trigger the quest before the scene in the Diner, the dialogue will be different and V aggressively tells Johnny to shut up.
Can confirm that the 23/23 and The Last Call are unrelated to Regina's actual quests. I completed all 23 gigs and got the Axolotl on my new save and have yet to do the Skippy mission (have not even picked it up yet) and have only done about 3-4 cyber psychos.

@@JT-ih2rx Depends on the build. I am doing a Reflex/Cool build using just katana/thrown weapons, so reflex is definitely in my favor. I got it to 20 first and have not been disappointed yet. I won't be pumping points into body for some time, but it will be part of the build.
You don't need Skippy and you don't need to take out all the Cyberpsychos to get the Axolotl. Just do Regina's gigs and NCPD missions within Watson to keep increasing Street Cred. You can get Axolotl before the lockdown on Watson is even lifted.
Also, the Apogee is sold by every single main game Ripper once you're roughly level 30-40. Not just Viktor. Every main game Ripper now has the exact same stock. Also, Fingers now will not do business with you if you punch him even once during the questline to track down Evelyn.
If you've already finished all of Regina's jobs and received the original reward, the neofiber, you won't get the axolotl, however it will be on sale at rippers in Dogtown. Same with the apogee sandy. Completely random location, but always sold by Vik.
Thanks, nobody seems to care about people who completed it all before PL and got the Neofiber thingie ( which sucks ass, btw ). Kinda sucks we completed Regina's 23 mission and got jackshit and now we're supposed to pay a ton of eddies to get it while people playing from behind get it as a reward.
For the monster truck you don't need to be exactly 4am to touch the laptop and arcade I've started at 4:05am and stand at the mattress at around 5:04am... And no need to be afk for an hour for the cutscenes to trigger... Mine triggered at around 20 to 15min
For the thermal katana, I don’t think 20 in technical ability is set in stone. So don’t be turned off if you’re not at 20 yet. I am on a new play through and I’m level 23 with a street cred of 40 and I went back because I missed it and was able to get in with 13 in tech. So I think it’s level dependent.

Therefore you have to unlock a door to go back and get it and it’ll cost you at least 13 in tech or who knows how much eddies in Dogtown….lol
Easily missed Satori and Yorinobu’s jacket my first playthrough as well. Back then, it was more devastating a loss I think because it used to have 500% crit damage instead of the pairing with the Nihen knife.
I finished all of Regina’s missions before the patch. I’ve done what you said to do to get her to call me for a better part of a day real time and dat hoe ain’t call me yet

The Dying Night you always get at the start of the play through from Wilson. The shooting range quest reward was the Lexington which was superior to the Dying Night. 2.0 makes that Lexington worthless, you cannot upgrade it, only the iconics. Also if you have completed the quests before 2.0, you will not get the reward again. Only on new play throughs.
@@phugindomas just checked a website that said the reward for the shooting quest was a legendary Lexington. No iconics. You might be thinking of the one with the 6th Street guys, that is an iconic smart rifle.
Idk why but my game is at 1.6.1 or something and it's so weird how people can be at like 2.1 but I'm like very very slowly getting new updates like it took 10 months to get to 1.6.1 but when I check to see if I have updates it says I'm at the latest version but I'm guessing when you get phantom liberty it would take me to 2.1
Ive been unable to put the pslam 11:6 on the stash wall i can put it in there but cant actually see it on there anyone else having this problem? Ive tried restarting my ps5 and the game itself and reloading the save
They still haven’t even fix the same glitch in three years where you can’t get into Lizzy’s bar STILL!! and you can’t play the new expansion without getting in the bar. Three years and is not fixed… What’ve been nice not to pay for the expansion, considering I can’t even touch any of it with that glitch in place. I want a refund. 
Ok so if u want to be able to buy & install the new iconic cyberwares in dog town do u have to complete all the different gigs & fixer missions?? Cause when I visited the rippor docs in dog town I saw the new iconic cyberwares but it said I don’t meet the qualifications to install them
You can craft them from low-level ones. Common into uncommon. Uncommon into rare. Rare into ultra rare and ultra rare into legendary. Crafting is not free and you don’t need to invest into engineering tree to craft items. You find low-level component by dis-assembling stuff and from drops on the streets.
@@kingol4801 ya im aware of the crafting method as i noticed that npcs drop tons of tier one and tier two items, just wondered of there was any other method of acquiring them, buying them from the vendors was handy before.

im on my third playthrough and i missed it first 2 times😆and i scour everywhere..never saw it in the furnace

The shooting quest now rewards an iconic pistol that has Dying Night's old model. It's pretty good too, has two mod slots

Upgraded items 5++ is the max this includes all weapons, cyber ware and operating system
seems like it. Also upgrading for tier 5++ from 5+ requires 200 legendary components 💀
Why i cant see legendary cyberwares in rippers ? I have 50 lvl rep and 35 lvl character
I lost a lot of Iconic weapons for some reason. One I noticed right away was the Fingers weapon, but also Buzzsaw and The Headsman. Anyone know why?
