    Interesting when you mentioned those who are “ thinker” as melancholy and those “active“ agents/ military as being happy.
    It seems true today as it was then. As most grandmothers of the 20th century would say when one is felling “down” on any extreme…” Go help someone; go make yourself busy; get out of your head; the minds a terrible playground don’t go there alone.” Holds true ( to get passed depression, go show kindness to someone in worse circumstances than yourself and continue to do this until you see how blessed you are.
