As most grandmothers of the 20th century would say when one is felling “down” on any extreme…” Go help someone; go make yourself busy; get out of your head; the minds a terrible playground don’t go there alone.” Holds true ( to get passed depression, go show kindness to someone in worse circumstances than yourself and continue to do this until you see how blessed you are.
