I have powerful barriers surrounding me at all times and even more on my property and possessions that protect me from just about everything ever thrown at me. Some are designed specifically to bounce things back at the sender if it is of negative intention. Would that be considered a curse or merely reflection?
I like this thought pattern.
I've had a very "white light" witch tell me that they considered banishing someone from their life as a form of curse. Because they were taking something from the other person that they wanted. And really a curse as a way to expell negativity, one side will always be blessed just like one side will always be cursed, like exercising a demon, the demon is not happy about the arrangements necessarily. It all depends where we stand and what slice of cake we get, if any.
I would considered it a defense and anyone who should trifle it and be affected by it effectively cursed. Curses are our defense against the magical and mundane when all else fails.
So aren't they in a way just offensive magic when studying defense?
I might attempt to curse my abuser to make them realise what they've been doing to me and many other people is awful and they should stop, grow and improve as a person. I want them to feel guilty for hurting me and many other people.
Should I do it?

I work at McDonald's and my gf is my co worker, yesterday I caught her cheating with our manager, i broke up with her immediately. I gave her my love, loyalty and everything. Do you think I should curse her? She deserves it right?
The question is not if I find it ethical. It is your path and your practice. I do not decide for you what your conscience can live with. If it is your desire to do so I am not here to judge, encourage, or likewise discourage you. It is your right to choose how to respond.

Also I don't want to get personal but I want your take on this, what would you do if your bf was cheating on you? Would you hex him? Would it be safe to hex someone who used you through lies and deception?
It depends on the situation but personally I don't think it's an issue. I don't believe in the 3 fold law but I do believe that the divine could disagree and retaliate, however many deities would not be upset with you and would def be in your corner. Imagine if you wroked with Hera, she'd totally sympathize and want to curse or hex someone. Persephone supports cursing, that's where we get the plant mint.

Can someone curse someone for me becouse i am not so good at this but, but i will tell u what he did to me when i was 13, i had deprisson and felt really bad and was sad this 18 guy tog the chanse to take my v card and He KNOW that i had deprisson and all that... He just used me . I really need someones help to help me do this and yes he didn't go to jail for this but as a kid i had to tell the police and all about what he did to me i can tell u i REALLY FELT BAD FOR MYSELF AND i hated myself really big becouse i thinked it was my faoult and i really want him to pay for what he did to me. 🥺
