- Many mothers complain of postpartum hairfall and seem to know nothing about how to combat it. I experienced the same. But there were a few measures that I took and continue to take to maintain good hair and skin. Just like my body’s health, the health of my skin and hair is also of utmost importance to me. So here I’m sharing my own tips since many of you asked.

Following childbirth, I observed my hairfall but I stayed calm. I took action to remedy it. I opted for a health-centered approach.
I prioritized my diet, eating nutrient-rich foods, specially those high in Protein, Biotin.
I worked out regularly and practiced yoga for stress management.
I just stayed away from styles that pull on my hair and quit using heated styling tools to minimise hair stress.
I even started using LittleExttra's Coconion shampoo, hair oil along with a neem wood comb.
The outcome was hairfall control and the return of my confidence.
hi chavvi, Postpartum hair loss was causing me more distress than I had anticipated. My hair was shedding in large amounts, and I could see it all over the place - on the pillow, the floor, and in the sink. I realized that this journey to combat hair loss wouldn't be a simple one. one of user from youtube video suggested me to use little extra coco onion anti hair fall shampoo and oil. thank god my hair fall has reduced upto 60 percent now and yes i love your videos

You can tried pure almond oil like humdard organ badam oil it will clear all pigmentations or keep u away from pimple etc
