Now is the time to become an NGO member. Just £45 per year with £10m of third-party liability insurance and more great benefits.
Good common sense from the NGO. We'll be supporting the move and completing the consultation.
No they should not have to be on our firearms ticket!🇬🇧🏴
Having a moderator listed on an FAC is like having a recoil pad on an FAC
Common sense may prevail, it likes having a pair of ear defenders on your ticket😮.
A moderator is the same as a scope, its parts of the equipment that dresses the actual "firearm" rifles ect.
Moderaters are illegal here in the state of Victoria Australia, it’s total nonsense. You guys are lucky to have them 👍
If you have an interest in the topic, you should definitely take 10 minutes to fill out the survey. Link is in the description above.
I never knew that. Seems deft to me.😊
what, this is common sense, they will not like that!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have you completed the form/ survey, for the consultation
yes straight after watching@@joshuacarvalho5405
Common sense is not common among communists...
In the Netherlands for example, moderators are still strictly forbidden even for legal fire arms certificate holders, while allowed for air rifles (that for now also do not have a power limit so "outgun" things like 9x19 or .22lr), we need more common sense indeed, its all paper reality in gov!
Should deffinnately be removed.
They shouldn't be on a ticket. Just another spiteful control measure.
Then fill out the feedback form on the Home Office survey - www.homeofficesurveys.homeoffice.gov.uk/s/M2F0UW/ - It's a cruel world.
No it's ridiculous...
Licensing an inert metal tube is nuts.
They should be proofed but that is a different matter.
They are basic PPE.
They should also permit like for like one for one variations with RFD's. This would massively reduce work load and allow replacement of the same calibre without issue.
It protects the hearing, health and safety laws do exist! It’s a Control thing!
Should be compulsory.
Hello do you know if this will apply to Northern Ireland as well?
No expert but I'd guess not, as NI gun laws are different to mainland GB laws, aren't you able to apply for handgun FACs? And do you still need an FAC for an airgun of any power? But you never know.....
@@bobthebarsteward we only have FAC in NI there is no such thing as a shotgun cert. Yes you can own a handgun if your in a club. Any air gun needs to be on FAC. Sound moderators have to be on the FAC also. The laws aren’t really that much different so hopefully this would change for NI also.
They should definitely be removed from the licence system
They are a must have for Varmint control and they are just like putting a sling on your rifle
No other country has regulations like we do for moderators
We get off quite lightly in the UK compared to some
