IU is a perfect example of true talent.. When she opens her mouth you can feel her heart, her emotions..everything she wants her listeners to hear. She doesn't need to be flirtatious, wear revealing clothes. That's why I STAN her. She is true to herself. She doesn't really care for recognition,she just want her people to listen to her music.💕💕
I don't think all of the idols wearing those clothes wear them for fun, I am glad you like her, but please do not make assumptions or talk degradingly about others to push one up. There is a lot of talent in the Kpop world and IU shines bright but there are others as well.
@@nayjashah7368 i am not against any other kpop idols nor degrading them. I know many of them were forced to wear clothes against their will. I am just speaking by my own opinion of that. I am not making assumptions. The world knows what Kpop industry does to its performers.

@@crypticwarrior832 I think it's not just the them being forced but the point is also if there's idols or performers that want to wear more revealing clothes and it compliments what they are doing, there's nothing wrong with that. It's ok if that's not what you like, but regardless of gender, everyone should be free to wear that they want. Just because lee hyori or huyna wear more revealing clothes when they perform, that doesn't take away from their talent. They have their own charm to their audience. You can criticize if an outfit doesn't look good, but don't think less of the person wearing the clothes bc of that. Women have been suppressed for generations by what we are told as appropriate. We should not make judgement on women on the basis of what they wear, instead of their real character.

I initially thought the band was the usual yu huiyeol sketchbook band, if so then I am amazed. But nonetheless, IU is just great to listen to.

It's likely that her team has heard this song before. Otherwise, it should be easier to follow the chord progression after the first verses. If you watch IU's YT channel, her team is pretty talented. Her guitarist can play songs after just hearing the song once. Watch that one video where she covers Oh My Girl, Day6, Baekhyun, etc. Her guitarist is a genius.

Loving IU since 2011. Her music is the theme song of my youth. I remember the song “Raindrop” when it was raining and I watched my high school crush got soaked in the rain because he doesn’t have an umbrella and I have one holding it in my hands. We could have shared. Lol
“Hold my hand” when we were doing a project together and we just stopped working and just waited for the song to finish. We were so ashamed because maybe the songs says what we cant. “You and I”, “Good day” , and the album “The spring of twenty” on those wonderful days of first love. And now “My old story” because all of it is just now an old story. I played “Knees” when I was saying goodbye to my 7 year old dying dog. We were both comforted by her voice. I played” Autumn morning” every morning on my way to work. It was difficult and I don’t want to remember it so I haven’t listened to that song in a while.
My list of memories would get longer and longer. Almost every song has a memory attached to it. It was very beautiful and IU’s music was part of it.
