Tha knyou so much for this video! Same, I had the 60A with the same card and just bought the 120A. Only difference is it's not GoolRC but Ocday but it's exactly the same. I was satisfied with the 60A so went for the 120 for a bigger car. I was so frustrated at first as the card didn't worked. The manual says it should work the same as the 60A. Thanks to your video I realised they did a mistake on the manual and you need to hold the on off button while the card is plugged in!!!! Lifs savior! Thank you soooo much! Cant wait to convert this old 1/8th nitro to brushless 4S!
Wait, so the 60a program card will work with the 120a esc if you hold the button down whilst programming it?

Highly suggest these,, my Rustler front end won't stay down ,, I could adjust the esc though but I like wheelies on command. End of 2020 they have new ones & new card,, for $35 it's awesome. Mine is 60amp, 2s.

Dude thanks so much for doing a vid on this system I am very eager to get one to do speed runs withand it has been a tossed around idea because of the mixed reviews but at the price point I want to try the 120 amp esc and the 2200 kv motor

Havent tried it on 3S yet myself. But a cpl friends says it will work.
Just nothing higher than 3S.
60A works on 3S but at your own risks!

I have heard that these esc's have less punch less power because of high resistance so called low quality esc. Do u experience that with high quality esc's compare to that or something like that?
The GOOLRC ESC are high resistance ESC, but for a basic ESC running 3S lipid you can barely tell the difference.
Wonder if the Leopard RC program card will work on a Goolrc esc...?

Got a volcano with the v2 gool rc 3550 running 2s. An 60 amp esc what makes it studder or like it's cogging? It runs fine but if you stop on a hill he starts cogging.but if you give it a push it gos.someone said you have to set the throttle response to high.? Any solutions?

Used a t sky 120amp esc I used them that good esc
Crish Neshell yeah i have used the 120a tsky esc on 2s and a 3900kv motor for over 2 years havent had any problems with it. Have ran at least 100 packs through it. Its a good esc.

Hi dies the bullet connectors on this esc.is it for 1/8 brushless motors or 1/10 my brushless motor connectors seem just a tad bigger then the 60amp esc
You can buy some 3.5mm to 4mm adaptors on Ebay.
I have both 60A and 120A and they are both 4mm don't worry
How do you program the throttle range?

found your video and wanted to know what makes this one different from the GoolRc 60A brushless ESC. I have gone through 4 ESC's now using a 3S and have been disappointed in this brand overall. I have a brushless motor on a Redcat Volcano EPX. I have used it multiple times without an issue and then all of a sudden not doing any bashing just a simple run all four have gone up in smoke!!!!! any advise?
Lower your gearing, pull less amps no smokey.
I have upgraded to better systems all together. Spektrum would be my recommendation for the future.

Is there a way to program the fan speed?. Fan seems quite loud ?
I haven't any idea how to slow the fan down. The fan is loud, but always keeps the ESC cool. Even with the overgeared pinion(29tooth)/spur(64tooth).
You can't change the fan speed but it's a standard connector for the fan so with an extension lead you can connect it to your Rx if you prefer or even ad a potentiometer on the cable...
what servo do you use with this and how do you keep it switched on
Any servo will work, unless it's a high voltage servo
you can use whatever servo you want, to switch it on hold down the button for a few seconds...there is only 1 button

No!
and what transmitter
I use the Flysky FS-GT3B
It does not matter what transmitter you use, it will work with any transmitter/receiver combo, you might have to change the plug that goes from the ESC to the transmitter, its easy and cheap to change out

it's the little white button he has his finger over....You have to keep it pressed down while programing....but it acts like a regular on/off switch while not programming...You didnt paid attention did ya???
