- Hey everyone! Back with another Origins of Rottis. I head rumors that this camp has been nerfed so Im not sure if its still a good place to level. Ill hafta go check it out!
your spells might get interrupted when you stop running and then start casting a spell immediately. There is a lag between when you stop running on your client, and when the server gets the "I've stopped running" msg and actually stops your character on the server. If you start casting a spell too quickly after you've stopped running, sometimes that "cast spell" message will get to the server faster than the "ive stopped running" message. And the server thinks you are still running when you casted the spell. What can help is to stop running, then start turning your character left or right, and then start casting the spell. When you turn your character, it should send a movement packet to the server and update you as "not running". If that makes any sense Lol
Hey! Thanks for info! Yeah I recorded this vid almost 2 years ago and didnt know back then. I wish I would have! It drove me nuts. Someone finally told me and it was a game changer lol. Now I stop for like a second then start the cast. Im gonna pin this! Other peps might not know this and it may help! Thanks again!

To avoid being interrupted when you cast after running, just tap A or D before casting (or whatever buttons you have set up to spin in place)

Just saw this video and got super excited since this is one of my favorite camps to level on. Unfortunately it is still very nerfed on Blue as of 3/19/2024. I just killed the Halflings and it's been over 20 minutes and none of them have respawned.
Why do you not send in your pet as soon as your fear lands? Free dps unless your pet hitting has chance to break fear early....
Hey! I like to be sure my pet is not going to take xp. What I usually do is test dots out at a new location and see what combo of dots I need to drop the mob to 49% so I dont over dot and waste mana. If your pet beats you in damage and does over 50% they eat 50% of the XP. Thanks for watching!
