Draw closer to God again. That is what causes the anxiety attacks. It is not the immediate situations as we tend to think. It is written in the Bible somewhere I think somewhere like Deuteronomy 28 or so. And it happens to people who once were very close to God and slid backwards as the years went by and life happened. Am praying for you.
