SAT and IELTS need both for undergraduate application in usa or uk?what is either SAT or ielts or Duolingo?
It depends on the university's requirements
SAT is a standardized test that contains English and mathematics section. IELTS, Doulingo, TOEFL are all English Proficiency exams to proof you're at least good in English.
If they're required, you will need to submit them, unless there is a waiver for any of them.
