09 June 2024 oath taking of the ministers is unconstitutional as the specific portfolios as per AOB RULES 1961 have not been allocated .Assigning shallow ranks is absurd and unconstitutional and pm cannot keep all policy to himself as the policy is also a part of the portfolio and is cabinet joint responsiblity . A policy in secret is not a policy till it is declared and debated and voted in parliament .
