Well, I've gotten into a plethora of assets with $73k spread across stocks (options and futures) for short term and index funds, and ETFs, for the long term. I've been investing with help from a pro fund manager, Herman W Jonas who oversees my investments. Now I sit back and reap my dividends while I just reinvest from time to time.

Mr. Jimmy, you are talking about avoiding debt n living within your means. The government is actually on the right track. They inherited debt n have to pay it. We will suffer the payment period, then money shall be in circulation again. They got the formulae right this time round..

You put it very well they are not getting it they cant even do landscaping and cover the dirt all over to give Nairobi city a world class look that's the least they can do and they don't They are not even prioritizing tarmacking the Nairobi estates and putting sidewalks so that people don't step on the grass, they don't even water the grass look at the roundabouts at uhuru highway, small things even Rwanda got it they need to check Indonesia and Malaysia and understand what they need to do.
