I totally underestimated Beanie Feldstein calibre as an actress, and really had a perception that she only can shine well in comedy genre. But, this trailer itself is enough to proof that I was wrong.

When people.think of True Crime, its usually something with enough moving parts.and enough drama and personality that makes people engaged with the narrative of whatever is unfolding an how these events affect people overall. Hurricane Katrina is a national disaster but what exactly about it is a crime? The lack of response or preparation by FEMA? That sort of thing is more reserved for disaster films that showcase how ill equipped people are to face am unforseen natural disaster. crime stories like the OJ trial, the death of Gianni Versace, the situation with Clinton and Lewinsky, those are compelling narratives. The thing about Gypsy Rose Blanchard is compelling. The thing with the Menendez brothers is compelling. Because wrapped in the tales of murder or whatever are people.and seeing the circumstances that led to such and such actions taking place. What we.have here is straight up House of Cards level of political intrigue.
@BobbyShaddoe they were going to base it on alleged acts of euthanasia at a New Orleans hospital during the hurricane. I think the story was that doctors killed the patients so they wouldn’t drown to death.
@@TheWchurchill4pm i also believe they were choosing which patients were more worth treating since they ran out of space in the hospitals, which led to many people going untreated and dying
