The constantly hitting on Khloe is sooo icky. Especially since he low-key only does it to embarrass and annoy Kourtney, but it only exposes his perv side, and is getting pretty old. The fact that Khloe only blushes and smiles while giving him a tepid slap on the wrist but never actually shuts him down so he doesn't continue doing it is also a bit suspect.
He only sees in Khloe what he wanted in Kourt, someone who would forgive betrayals (just like Khloe does with Tristan), and forgive the fact that he has an addiction (just like Khloe did with Lam), he doesn't like her but the idea that she would forgive everything he did because he sees her do this constantly, and there is also the fact that he knows about these rumors and just wants to feed it to have content for the program, because Khloe already said that she would see him like brother . Seriously, Khloe is crazy but not to the point of going out with Scott, the guy who spent more than 13 years to mature.
