- Recorded in 1997 in my friends living room, It's also called spongeboy theme, Spongebob ending, and Spongebob outro. Used during the end credits, it also appears during the show as instrumental underscore. Created with an electric guitar and an acoustic guitar to create a tipsy, underwater vibe. Hope you enjoy it!

@@SteveBelferOfficialhonestly, this song is awesome. Reminds me of when my dad would play the guitar. However, I used to be scared of the pirate in the intro but that didn’t prevent me from watching the show.
@@TheAdventuresOfJimiJaden mY little brother is also scared of the pirate and used to be scared of when SpongeBob gets really big in the bath lol

@@SteveBelferOfficialnot that kind of eating it was like when you were playing the song with the first time you just chipping away and eating away the sound of the guitar generally, you were using an electric guitar, but you were just eating it away to sell more acoustic you are 100% tried to get act like it's an acoustic guitar but it really wasn't acoustic

This closing theme is fun when you speed it up a bit even SpongeBob hummed it while skipping in one episode when he wanted to check in with Mr. Krabs.
It was used in the show in various pitches depending on how to best serve the visuals

this plays in the credits of (almost) every episode
when i was little (like 4 and 5) i had a spongebob season 2 dvd (or maybe it was a vhs, im not sure about any of the details because my memories from back then are hazy) but i remember every time i would rewatch it, i would always listen through the credits because i didn't want it to be over. and also just because this song is so catchy. i probably watched through those credits 20 or 30 times, and this song brings back such fond memories.

he wasn’t alone when he wrote music for spongebob, there was also sage guyton, jeremy wakefield & nicolas carr, there the main 4 show composers, i dont think steve belfer does music for the show anymore.

I WISH!! Probably not because only pop artists are marketed. However, that's what my channel is for! stay tuned for lots of other cool stuff
