    I am going to keep going back to this video for the tips, especially for the site with custom back patches. I want to start my battle jacket soon and the one band I really want for my backpatch is pretty new and do not sell patches. My friend has painted on a back patch for the same band, which is also signed. I know that some official band sites sell patches so that is also good to check out, check first if the official merch store sell patches so you can support the band directly.

    for Americans, Metal Devastation, for American punks, Headline Records, and always try bandcamp, and Pull The Plug has some good stuff

      I just made a small order from pull the plug to test out, but the prices are generally reasonable (in Canadian $) and their selection is pretty exciting, I found some bands I didn't think I could find anywhere.
      I also noticed that PTP has an option for smaller bands to put merch there, I haven't looked into it too much but it's something I'm thinking of doing for my band
      Personally as a Canadian, Metalomania is pretty good, reasonably priced and their service is good. They have a lot of bands but sometimes limited in what they have. For example they might have a lot of options for one band, but for some, there's only one or two but the quality is good and most of my patches are from them. Sizes are also kinda limited but they're still quite nice

    Great video! I'm looking forward to checking out what Riffs Merchandise has to offer. These have already been mentioned, but Pull The Plug and MetalDevastation have some pretty nice patches. I also have some patches coming in the mail from BHMOXM Productions. They seemed pretty nice, but I'll have to wait and see since they haven't arrived yet

      @@NarcifierI got a backpatch from them as well as some others and they seem pretty nice. Not as nice as Pull The Plug, but PTP's patches are kinda expensive while BHMOXM's are much more affordable. I've only sewn on the backpatch so far, but I haven't had any issues. One thing I should note though is that not all of their patches are official. If they are, it should say so on the item listing, I think. I just realized this after buying an unofficial Celtic Frost patch (with an official Acid Bath patch), and now I'm a little worried my backpatch is unofficial too but oh well, what can you do
      . . .
      Nevermind, the backpatch was official. Phew!

    Alright, so the back patches on Razor Ray aren't sublimated/soft cloth but actually sturdy? I purchased a Carcass "Symphonies" back patch and the cheapness of it is bugging the crap out of me.

    • @Narcifier
      @Narcifier  Před 2 měsíci

      when you say sturdy, do u mean that they are rigid? or just sturdy like a normal patch?
      the ones I've ordered have been kind of thick sturdy patches but the prints have all been amazing quality!
      not soft cloth though
