      Im almost certain there are no thrusters. Just diesel engines. They have a tough job getting crew up into a boat. Ive been w/t&t out in Galveston Anchorage and they put us on the Jacobs ladder in 3-5ft seas which isnt easy. We call them Launch Boats though. T&T has some real nice boats compared to others Ive been on.

      @@julioramossilva3968 look. First of all, Fix your grammar. Second of all,
      Ships that are scuttled/purposefully sunk are commonly for artificially created reefs. Sometimes for cutting costs (for scrapping) and for a diving site. Also, most ships that are scuttled are very.. very... OLD ships.

    Acredito ser de uma enorme imbecilidade alguém realizar esse tipo de ato, pois todo esse aço poderia ser reciclado e aproveitado em outros projetos. Muita energia foi consumida na produção do aço e na construção desse navio, então seria muito melhor rebocar e reaproveitar o navio ao invés de poluir o fundo do oceano desperdiçando assim tanta matéria prima

    Why they let the boat sank? Then call the company to extract the oil and salvaging the ship

    • @skiwithekiwi
      @skiwithekiwi Před 3 měsíci

      This does not pollute the ocean. They sank this ship to create an artificial reef for fish and corals and other sea life to live in. and diving reef. Old ships are either Become a Living home for the sea life of animals.or Corals.this is also for diving reef.They can be also scrap and recycled

  • @SpybottleMessuage
    @SpybottleMessuage Před 4 lety +1

    This is the CAITALISM PROBLEM, the recycle is much more expensive that just to place in the sea bottom. But the making the new ships from the metal is less expensive than to recycle the old one, because the process from the mineral extraction into the shop making will be paid, and the process of the metal cutting and placing it in the stove cost more expensive, also needs to clean the old paint and plastic.
    THERE IS THE CAPITALISM which is killing the NATURE and whole BLUE PLANNET, but it is more safely to say, that there is the ARTIFICAL reef making process. Look at, the BUSINESS is not pure business, If it is expensive to recycle the metal - because the mineral mines will be exhausted in the closest future...
    THERE IS THE "no profits" to give back the stollen from the humans, their lives, their money, their health. Because the business is the control over the big money, and if it brings too much money, behind is should be somebody who lost whole his life and health - it is the non-accomplished process of the business - the RECYCLING of the previous production of the business man. Those money the enterpreneurs of the manufacturing they STEALING from the whole Planner. Because the RECYCLING PROCESS MUST BE IN THE COST of the market price on the sea ship.
    That is WHY the Soviet Union was behind of the USA in some technological staff - because the NATURE SAVING WAS THE DEBT AND DUTY OF THE Communists Party which was at the head of the USSR. The Central Committee of the CPSU could not allow the production of the manufacturing, if they did not finished the complete engineering project with the recycling accomplishment.
    It was the only good side of the USSR, the Nature Care and it's safe attitude towards the garbage.
    When the CAPITALISTS BROKE UP the USSR - by their spy politics - they screwed up whole Continent of the Russia, the Euro-Asia continent. Because the Russia stopped care about the Nature - it has NO PROFITS for the Central Bank.
    The stupid and mentally INSANE rich psychiatrist is just THIEF with his radio-station, because he is stealing THE HEALTH of whole PLANNET, named the Earth.

      многие суда так затапливают, потому что далеко не всегда выгодно пилить ( необходимо отбуксировать, найти место где пилить, что тоже будет стоить денег, сами работы по распилу (люди, инструмент, расходка), потом погрузка -разгрузка и перевозка , и по итогу полученные деньги будут считаться доходом - плати налог. Вот и топят без запар.

      @@VoV4eK88 Все верно! Но все же стоит отметить, что пред легальным затоплением судно необходимо буквально вылизать. Убрать все следы нефтепродуктов и пластика, что ну очень геморройная задача. А за нелегальное затопление - штраф.
