- It's Semi-Finals time! Downhill has received some revisions to the format this year, including the addition of a semi-finals round! Riders now have 3 opportunities to earn points towards their overall score, qualification, semi-finals and finals. Points scale progressively so riders will still be putting it all on the line come the finals! We're live streaming the elite semi-finals right here on GMBN CZcams, but for the elite finals, make sure you're subscribed to GCN+ in order to watch.

Coverage sucks. Based off the coverage up to this point, I dont think its worth paying for more terrible coverage. I was going to subscribe to GCN+ or Discovery+ to catch the race but the coverage is so horrible. I'll just catch the highlights. Way to kill a sport. UCI failed.
No way am i paying for a Discovery/GCN subscription when i only watch DH and the coverage is this crap.
Well the production is lower and you want us to pay. Way to go UCI

I am not a fan of this "protected" status some riders and not others get. If you face plant during a semi, you should not qualify for anything. If you get a flat during a semi, you should not qualify! Those with the fastest times qualify, the rest must come back next week. That goes for the no.1 seat and the 100th seat.

Coverage was free, awesome, and entertaining. No I have to pay to watch finals?? Not really fun anymore.
@Bob LaBahh I can understand why you would feel suckered. Sorry you fell for the UCI bait and switch. One would think during the initial coverage of the event the UCI would explain their racket, so people would know how to watch the race ... if they wanted to buy into this BS. Greedy money grab. 💰
