As you guessed, I can create more ‘shorts’ than the follow-along full length workouts, but the longer form content is much more the core of my channel and my preferred content to create.     Hi bro, good job, one question, why you only have exercises sitted with dumbells and no standing too 🤔 (and tell me if is better to work arms sitted, thanks)

      I tend to gravitate more towards the seated workouts as it’s been more requested by my subscribers. However if you’d like to see more standing dumbbell workouts then I’ll record some more 👊
      It’s not better or worse to do arm workouts sitting, just different.. You can isolate the muscles better when sitting as you aren’t needing to stabilise your body as much. However it’s nice sometimes to do the workouts standing and work on strengthening those core stabilising muscles. Here is a standing arms workout if you’re interested:
