Pistachio Paste Recipe (Homemade) : Twisty Taster

Here’s how to make homemade pistachio paste. It’s super easy, only requires 3 ingredients, it’s thick and flavourful. This pistachio paste can be used on its own as a spread, as a base for colourful pistachio desserts, for buttercreams or as a filling for macarons.

Ingredients used:
*(Measurements are in weight and volume)
Raw Pistachios - 150g or 1 cup
Powdered Sugar - 20g or 2 tbsp
Water - 50g or 5 tbsp

what if the pistachio roasted. so no need put the pistachio into hot water?
