What a lovely tune. I always find myself coming back to discover more Charlie Parr after some cheap wine. It seems there's something wrong with the world when art like this is book-ended by two pop-blaring advertisements for pepsi.
A stunning masterpiece! The singing didn't start until the near the end! lol. Really enjoyed this! Sounds like guitar tuned maybe sort of like a Banjo or the DADGAD tuning (which is like one of the banjo tunings)> Going to go check out this Mr. Charlie Parr`s other songs now!

My God . How beautiful. Just beautiful. I don't know what else to say. Beautiful.
This shit is life changing, probably one of his best songs imo
It's my favourite. I've just cried like crazy through this, wow.
Yes one of his best.
Simply beautiful music by a talented artist! Thank you for this song...
Love his music and you can tell he treasures his Guitar. I’m assuming he has his family photos along the top of it. Really nice.
Good stuff Charlie. I first heard you at the Ryman years ago when you opened for Trampled by Turtles.
Just love this song so much...thanks Charlie!
So enjoyed that. Amazing talent that draws me in...
You got that right American Roots music 🎶
