Idk if you said it, but "boom" as in your gear was destroyed from a failed starforce attempt. Sometimes, like "I boomed my eyepatch" or "no boom room" Also, sometimes I see GAS or cGAS for guardian angel slime.
something you seem to have confused. Cc means change channel, not just "channel". Its for players ksing, you say cc pls. also, the new 5% rule is NOT if you can deal 5% of the bosses hp bar. its if you can deal 5% of the parties total damage. Therefore, if you go with a high level carry and they can kill the boss in one burst cycle, you will not 5%. That is why struggle parties are now prevalent.
Yeah the CC thing was a big error on my part, I should have clarified further that CC could also mean change channels. Didn't think of it in the moment, no excuse there I've played maple for like 15 years now, my bad entirely. However on the issue of the boss, it is still 5% of the boss's collective HP bars, as well as the party's total damage, as they're both the same calculation/number. Further clarification in the patch notes right from the Punch King Patch Notes, which again I should have included in the video in case I stated anything wrong or confusingly: "[Updated 9/6] In a party of 2 or more, the boss rewards and Intense Power Crystals can be only obtained by party members that deal 5% or more of the total damage dealt to the boss."
its not the same calculation and number. if a boss has 1bil HP and someone overkills with a 5bil damage line, you'd have to deal 5% of that 5bil damage line. The boss HP is irrelevant in a way.@@Decatei
@@YamaZombies huh, as a foreigner I see it so rarely used in terms of a literal fight, more so with stuff like "struggling with depression", "struggling with some activity". I feel stupid now, but also weirdly enlightened 😅
To clarify a little bit more: Struggle in maple is directly referring to bossing usually, where nobody is being carried, everyone is around equal strength and are just looking to clear a boss no matter what!
1:01 Um... where's the pink? LOL there's a mostly yellow megaphone and a mostly red megaphone and the smega is mostly yellow but you call it pink? are we colorblind and didn't know it, mr. decatei?
I should have illustrated that part better to be fair, but: The ones called "Super Megaphone" have a pink background w/ black text that goes out to all channels vs. the others (ones from MVP rewards are yellow text w/ no background and can share items/achievements, the ones that go to the channel you're currently in have a blue background)
2:44 also why do people call it "in front" if what they're referring to is behind the word? in this case, the "H" is not "in front", it's behind because you read words from left to right so I have to know why people call that "in front"
Because it comes first? Something that comes first is in front of something else in the order going left to right? Behind would be LomienH as it comes last in order.
You never mentioned the most iconic terminology in Maple f3

Thank you. I think this would help not just new players but returning/old players.😂
The most recent one I've seen is "MVP for ikun?"
Looking around, seems to be some smega meme targeted at some person named ikun!
What's an older term for solo player we used to have in maple story?
4:45 had me dying lol
cc plz
I still struggle to find any information on what "struggle" is. Can anyone explain it to me?
It just means struggle. A struggle run is a struggle. You just used it in your sentence there too lol.
