It's an odd and also strong trait to be able to sit through old footage of yourself like this. Most people are way too embarrassed to do these things.

When I first went vegan I followed exclusively "100% whole foods or nothing" youtubers. I was concerned about protein, so I started eating beans, lentils, and split peas with almost every meal. Sometimes tofu, but usually beans..... I HAD SO MUCH GAS, SWAYZE! It got so bad that I was embarrassed to go to work 😭😂. I worked in a tiny coffee stall in the airport. Everyone knew. EVERYONE.
