    Aam ka achar
    Ingredients:
    Raw mango (Kacchi keri )-2 kg net weight ( remove seed )
    Turmeric powder ( Haldi)- 2spoon
    Salt (namak)- 2 spoon
    Achar masala
    Split mustard seed (rai ki dal )-125 gm
    Fennel seeds (sauf)- 60 gm
    Coriander seed ( dhania)- 2 spoon
    Black pepper corn- 1 spoon
    Cumin ( jeera) - 2spoon
    Split Fenugreek seeds (methi dana dal)- 2 spoon
    Black seeds (kalonji)- 2 spoon
    Red chili powder (lal mirch powder)- 3spoon
    Aseofieda (hing)- 2 spoon
    Salt (namak)- 2 spoon
    Oil -2 cup (sunflower oil)or according to ur need(u can use Mustard oil also)
    Red chili powder (lal mirch powder- 1/2spoon ( colour)
    Ghar par Perfect Achar banane ki aasan recipe dekhiye. Bazar jaisa Achar banayenge toh swad bhool nahi payenge.
