    In my opinion
Marc Marquez - the most complete rider, he has the higher marketing value and the most famous MotoGP rider on the grid, his achievements as a MotoGP riders as a whole speaks for itself.
Either Jorge or Enea will move to Aprilia (another Italian factory bike) or Enea can either get Franco out of the Pramac seat to race next to Fermin Aldeguer or return to Gresini.
Marquez move to Pramac seems unlikely because he only wanted one year contract despite will be offered 2 years contract, it's all to know how the bike feels like.
Jorge Martin has everything to lose if he's not receiving the red bike. Because he has to move to another factory bike.

What would really be crazy is if Espargaro retires and Mav takes the money to ride on Honda rather than stay at Aprilia. Then two spots open up at Aprilia. Maybe two of the three in question move over to that bike. That might be the only thing that could challenge Ducati dominance.

short term and yes long term no.......... it depends on management and where they want to go. If they were smart not to disturb the dynamic of the team they would look at some of the younger riders but corporate clowns know everything LOL. Martin is the right guy mm93 even said Ducati is just a stepping stone for another option the guy has one objective himself and another title that's all. And luckily for mm93 the governing body of the FIM is his fellow countrymen some of his tactics if someone else would have gotten penalized...... pecco has stepped it up a bit and hardened up and he is a guy of few words but when the opportunity presents it's self and mm93 is positioned correctly Pecco is going to bring it to him big time....... I suspect also that ducati as much as they like Pecco his days are numbered with Ducati and they are already quietly looking a couple years down the road to replace him also if he doesn't get another title and by that time the team we know today will be gone the leadership is older and about to hang things up and this damnation will come to a end and what goes up will come down and it will be ktm or aprilia as the new world champion in 25 and 26......

Tbh this is a very difficult question to answer:
On paper Martin would be most logical choice to partner Pecco next year due to his current form (and being the No.2 in Ducati in general). But rumour has it that he is linked with the switch to KTM or Aprilia next year if Enea gets to stay in the Factory Ducati or Marc gets promoted to the said team.
Meanwhile, many would like to see Marc donning the factory colours next year. However, it should be noted that Marc would like to be on a factory bike so it is possible that he will be moved to Pramac Ducati if the Factory Ducati team move does not materialize. Also, rumour has it that he might be jumping ship to KTM if he didn't get the factory bike from Ducati themselves.
As for Enea, it is unlikely that he will be staying in Ducati unless he is either willingly to get demoted to Pramac Ducati next year or in a sudden twist, staying in the Factory Ducati team.

One thing, besides money, shoud be considered by these riders, and that is, the factory motorcycles arrive green and untested in the beginning of the season, needing substantial development, while the previous year's bikes are well developed, and then some, because development never stops. So, notwithstanding the amount of money and prestige riders get from factory teams, there is an advantege in riding satellites, like Pramac or Gresini. Case in point was Bastianini, who seemed much more competitive (and winning more races) at Gresini than he is at the factory Ducati team.

In hindsight Ducati made a mistake contractually locking their other pair of factory bikes with Pramac, AND gave Pramac until much later in the year to decide to renew.
If Pramac only had one factory bike guaranteed, or they had to renew in May it would remove their leverage on Ducati.
The real key to all three riders is what Pramac decides to do: go with Yamaha or stay with Ducati. It is conceivable that one is on Lenovo Ducati and BOTH of the others leave the brand just because of timing or pride. They all have options.

Marc, if he wins a potential 9th and even 10th championship would provide huge marketing and would you want him to go to another manufacturer? There is also the added issue of who wins this year, could this be the first year of an independent team winning the championship and if Marc is provided a factory Ducati in another team I would put my money on him being a huge problem for the factory team 2025
